I called the owner on a Sunday after my husband and I discovered a major leak. We left a message and with 15 minutes had a call back. He was at our house about an hour after that. He discovered the problem after thoroughly looking for the problem and fixed it without delay. I recommend this business!!

Dave Capko from Ideal Plumbing was nice and polite, and seemed knowledgeable when we first met. Our experience with him however, ended up being extremely frustrating and disappointing. In December 2016, as per his request, we paid Dave up front for all fixtures for three bathrooms, for two overhead gas patio heaters, and nearly all of the labor costs. Once he had our payment, he stopped answering or returning calls, and missing previously agreed upon appointments. Only when we threatened to reverse all charges did we hear from him again. The work he did manage to get done, seems good, but he always had an excuse as to why he couldn't complete our job when we actually got him to show. Now, as of today, March 28, 2017, nearly 4 months later, we have two gas patio heaters still not installed, lying in pieces all over our patio, a missing shower head, and four missing shower door handles. We have had to hire someone new to complete his work. We feel completely duped by Ideal Plumbing.

Dave Capko at Ideal Plumbing is honest, hard-working, efficient, careful, competent and professional. I love it when you discover a vendor who knows what they're doing AND is polite and communicative too... WOW!! I was able to exhale knowing the job was being handled properly. I'd recommend Ideal Plumbing and Dave in a heartbeat... in fact I cleaned him out of business cards so I can distribute them to neighbors and friends. Dave troubleshooted a pinhole leak in a water heater connector, replaced a hose faucet and added a main shut-off valve offering up a simple, but smart solution in under 2 hours. Highly recommend and will use him again in the future.

Dave at Ideal plumbing is the best! Our Whirlpool water heater stopped working and due to Whirlpool warranty policies we had to order the parts through Lowes and wait for them to get to our house. Unfortunately, it took four days for the parts to arrive but as soon as the parts arrived I called Dave and he was at our house in 30 minutes. It had been four days of no hot water so I was super happy to see Dave and amazed at how quickly he got our water heater working. I recommend Ideal Plumbing and Dave to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
