Israel Rodriguez, owner of ICR Plumbing and Home Repairs did a master bathroom remodel in our home. His crew of workers were all hardworking and the project turned out great. We are very happy with our new bathroom and the quality is excellent. I would recommend Israel and his company!

I cannot speak for his work. But I can for his attitude. He does not respond over the week-end which is ok, but did respond to my calls Monday when I was not expecting it. I recall he said Tuesday or Wednesday he was available because he is so BUSY. He came with the casing which I expected to purchase myself, anyone in the industry knows that Home Depot is high for such items. He got huffy when I questioned him and said ""You know I have been running all over town,"" (Home Depot is all of 3 miles away) and he was working in the area. He said, ""Let's forget it, I don't need the job I make $1000 a day."" So you need a handyman. And he told me in was a handyman and knew everything about plumbing and did everything. I made it very clear that this was a ""little"" job and carpentry was what I was looking for, plumbing was secondary. So, since he is so BUSY, why did he take up the job . It was okay if he had to decline. He seemed nice enough but made contradictory statements, like you don't have to pay me until the end, and if you don't like my work you don't have to pay me. But he showed up with a clipboard with a invoice and receipts upon entering my home. He never gave me a bid nor how much I would be in for. He promised to get me a texture guy, but that did not happen. From reading the Yelp reviews and doing my own research of what he said I needed, he should stick with plumbing. The texturing/drywall that he recommended was overkill and I really would not trust him to do it though he said he does ""Everything"". The truth he does not. And if he is making $1000 a day he is violating the law. A handyman is limited to $600 per job.
