Would advise using another company for plumbing needs as they will just rip you off my by telling you that you need to replace things that aren't needed just to make money off people. Seeing other reviews this isn't the first time either this company has done this.

0 BEWARE dont use them, unless you want to waste thousands of dollars!! 2-21-19 we paid for a CAMERA video down our sewer pipe. I requested the video and NEVER got, they claimed they forgot to push record, or wrong camera. 3 times I asked for this!! supposedly the Camera was to mark the spot in the pipe that needed the repair. well,They INCORRECTLY marked where the block was in pipe and WERE OFF 18 FEET!! I SAW IT MYSELF WHEN THEY DUG IN MY YARD(SEE PICS)or email me. i took of 2 days of work and saw all their incompetence and ripoff with my OWN eyes. as I stood out in the backyard the whole day they did this. so, they DUG FIRST INCORRECT HOLE, found pipe FINE/NOTHING WRONG(SEE PIC) I saved the perfectly pipe they cut!. then they had the balls to approach me for ANOTHER $1900 after THEY SCREWED UP AND THEIR MARK WAS 18FT OFF OF WHERE THE REPAIR/BLOCK WAS!(SEE PICS OF 2ND HOLE/WHERE REPAIR WAS NEEDED TO BEGIN WITH!) so they wanted a TOTAL OF $3800, for their SCREW UP, cuz they dug 2 holes and cut in 2 places!!! We refused to pay for THEIR TECH screw up. and would only pay the $1900. so a 6 hr job took them 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE!! as called them 3 times to come back and backfill the 2 giant holes with dirt and put sod back(SEE PICS of their job on that!! horrible) then they would NOT document all of this, as sure makes them look INEPT as they are! when we requested ALL to be documented on the work order and invoice. we were WARNED about this company and did not listen, do yourself a favor and DONT hire them, you will waste thousands of dollars like we did, and have incompetence in techs and family owned company who dont provide customer service or competent service or honor, as even tho their work order they gave us says. all repairs guaranteed with new installion(and the pipe was new that they placed in) for 1 year. of course when we called they said NO. I called 2 other plumbing companies and they told me YES new pipe that is replacing the old repair is called new install and covered in material defects and workmanship. Now, they threatened us if we do tell the TRUTH what happened theyll get their attorney., for what? us telling what happened the truth? well go ahead! good thing for CELL PHONE PICS AND TAKING OFF WORK THEN AND SAVING THE PIPE YOU CUT huh?all documented. the truth is the truth and dont want anyone else to have to go thru wasting thousands of dollars and have a GOOD PIPE CUT because your techs cant accurately mark the spot! by the way paperwork says KATIE was the tech on 2/20/19. I beleive the other 2 techs were called Art and Jojo. 2/21/19

Great Service! I had to call my home warranty company for a plumber to fix my shower facet from not stop draining water. They came out on an emergency service at 9pm on a Saturday night. The plumber that came out was very nice and had extremely great customer service. I have made a list of companies to contact if needed in the future and this company will be one of them. Iconic plumbing sent Tim out to fix a toilet and to clear a master bath drain. He was very careful and meticulous as to how he checked to find the problems. Everything is now working perfectly. As a side note, Tim was very courteous and considerate. He put on covers over his boots so he wouldn't track in anything. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was put back in its place when finished. Thanks Iconic Plumbing for hiring Tim to serve the public.
