We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Icon was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

Because my hot water was warm at best, I assumed the problem was my 12 year old water heater. The Home Depot plumbing contractor suggested I may also have a slab leak based on information I gave him and they do not repair slab leaks. I called Icon plumbing. Travis confirmed that I had a slab leak on the hot water side. He also said that they do not usually have to jackhammer the floors, saving my beautiful wood floors. They repair the leak and run a new line through the attic. They repaired the leak located behind the wall of my washing machine and ran a new line, through the attic, from the leak to my water heater.

The bottom line was my floors were not jack hammered and after leak was repaired, my water heater did not have to be replaced (saving money). The only repair I had was 4 sheetrock hole repairs which is much cheaper than repairing floors. Icon plumbers Travis and Joe are great guys. They were respectful of my home and left the work spaces very clean.

Addendum-I was quoted over $4000.00 including water heater replacement from another company. Icon plumbing made repairs for less than $3000.00 without water heater replace or wood floor repair. My last slab leak was in my master bath. The home warranty plumber jackhammered the floors and charged $3800.00. Plus I had to repair my bath floors. The home warranty company would NOT cover costs and I immediately dropped them.

A superior company I've used on many occasions. Well trusted and respected. Several times I've had to call after hours and they were there to help. Thank you so much for your service.

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing. It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets. He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy. I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my "go to" plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally). I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price. Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

I'm not sure where we came up with their card, probably from a neighbor, but when we needed a cartridge replaced inside the knob for our tub, we gave them a call. First thing to rub me the wrong way was that he 30 minutes late for our 9am-12pm window. I took off a morning of work for this and I understand you drove from wherever and there was traffic, but give me some notice so I can give my office some notice.

I told him where the water shut-off was for our building, and he disappeared outside for 20 minutes. Once he gets back upstairs he starts going over the costs with me, before he starts the work. I definitely appreciated that because the cost BLEW ME AWAY. He wanted $582 to replace a $25 cartridge and a $35 knob. He wanted approximately $330 for the actual repair, $175 for what he described as "the labor for walking from [my] unit on the 2nd floor, to the water-shut-off valve on the 1st floor." Which, coincidentally, was less than 50 feet from where he had parked his truck.

Finally, he wanted $79 for some kind of warranty service plan that gave me a discount on any future visits. I told him to remove the warranty; I didn't need it. But, without the "discount" the warranty provided, the cost of the repair went up to $400 and the labor went up to $190. With the discount plus the cost of warranty it would have only saved me $10 total. What a scam! Not to mention he had quite an attitude that I would question his pricing methods. I sent him on his way. He might have done a stellar job, but it wouldn't have been worth that price. I was willing to pay a little extra to not have to go to the trouble myself, but $582.00 for a plumber versus $60.00 at Home Depot is a no-brainer.
