I called Icon Plumbing and spoke to Travis this morning at 11am. I tried to tighten the kitchen sink fitting and then the seal for the drain broke!! Barry was at my house by noon!!! I learned about Icon Plumbing when I saw their vehicle parked near a yard sale nearby. I called them when we needed a dishwasher installed, purchased at Costco, but Costco was unable to send an installer in a reasonable time. Travis left a bill and Costco reimbursed without question. Since then we have had Icon plumbing install a garage disposal, and recently I stepped into our garage and found the floor flooded. I called Travis who showed up shortly, and he had already ordered an efficient, new water heater which was installed promptly. I have a plumber son who lives a distance away, and when I mentioned the cost of the installation, he responded by saying the new water heater was a good choice, and the total cost was considerably less than their company charged. Recently, we had a water leak in the back of our refrigerator, and I called Travis for some sense of direction. He came to look at it and stated he would fix it. He did. I wanted to pay him more money than he would accept. Icon Plumbing has been a treasured find. We are most grateful for their prompt, skillful and financially reasonable service!

Travis was referred to me by a contractor working on my home who said ""hands-down, Travis is one of the best..."". This is absolutely true for Travis really knows his stuff. The first time he came out, he located a leaky pipe in the wall behind my bathroom vanity and was able to get into the wall and repair it right away. On a second visit to my home, Barry (Travis' associate) came out to fix a shower fixture and he's very knowledgable too and is patient to discuss other plumbing concerns. Most recently, I called Travis to check on his availability for I had low water pressure in the kitchen and instead of booking an appointment, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked me through the steps so that I could resolve it myself on my end. I highly recommend Icon Plumbing, you won't be disappointed.

We've used Icon Plumbing twice recently, once to put in a new faucet in a bathroom and then to put in a new hose bib (to replace a leaky one) on the side of the house. They were professional and efficient both times. They arrived on time too. We'll definitely call them again if the need arises.
