Excellent, excellent service!!! During the heat wave in July, 2024, Josh from ICM MECHANICAL came out the first day my system failed; while other companies had a 3 or 4 day wait time. Josh was extremely nice and courteous and above all knew what needed to be done and, most importantly, had the parts to do and complete the job!!! I'll tell you it's been a long time that I've had such great service ...Josh went above and beyond to get the job done. Lastly, the price was a good/ fair price/ good value for the work that was done and when I called, the call went to the company, NOT A CALL CENTER!

ICM was great and Josh provided amazing service!

I called early in the AM because our circuit breaker kept tripping and AC would stop working. It was 110 degrees outside so it was very important for me to get same day service since we have little kids.

Despite having an extremely busy schedule due to the major heat wave, Josh was able to come out same day in the afternoon.

He was very professional, explained the issue in a way that made complete sense and was able to fix the issue right on the spot.

I'll definitely go back to ICM for any AC and heating needs and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I can't say enough about Josh and the staff at ICM mechanical. After dealing with less reputable (and there seem to be many) it is refreshing to work with a company the is fair, shows up on time, and provides service at a reasonable price. My medical condition means I can't tolerate the increasing high temperatures. The ICM crew made a special trip out to Placerville and installed a complete dual fuel heat pump system for me in one day. Josh and the staff are friendly and easy to work with and you can tell they take pride in their service.
