I seldom refer contractors anymore. Some are great for me and then are total flakes for someone else. However, Josh is one exception. Everyone that I have ever referred to him has been as happy and satisfied as we are with him.

We met Josh a few years ago when he was repairing our ten year old unit, which shouldn't have even needed repairs. But he helped us out for a few years until it was time to get a new one.

Josh gave us a couple of options going forward and we opted to have our AC replaced. We are looking forward to summer without stressing about when the AC will give out and will it be on a weekend or a holiday? Not even thinking about the AC going out now.

My only caveat is I don't think we'll ever need to have Josh for a service call and, well, we'll miss seeing him. Yes, he is that nice of a human.

Our furnace stopped working in this extremely cold weather and as senior citizens, we were desperately calling around to get service as soon as possible. The owner and his team at ICM were super responsive and came out that same morning. They resolved the problem in no time and provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend them!
