Whole experience was excellent given the situation. I thought that it was a lot more serious than it actually was and Junior pointed out to me what needed to be fixed and explained why and walked me through the whole process.

Even with the semi annual maintenance plan I signed up for, it was less expensive than I anticipated and my house is now cool and comfortable again.

These guys are really awesome. Unfortunately had a hydro heater coil give out causing flooding throughout the house. Had to shutoff the main water feed into the house as the valves on the water heater feeding the hydro heater were corroded and needed to be replaced. Got a next day appt. - Saturday - with ICE, as they understood it was an emergency. Everyone else was trying to push me off till Monday. Junior came out at 10:30am on the dot and took care of it. Thanks again ICE, we really appreciate it.

Ice is incredible. Junior came to fix our heater and he was knowledgeable, kind and had a great sense of humor. He explained what was going on so we could understand. He shared energy saving tips and even checked around the furnace for spiders .

The technicians were very prompt in return calls (which is unusual during these busy times) and was very helpful in figuring out the install for our reverse osmosis water filter. Also explained in detail how to get it to work after 24 hours of draining and filling up the tank.

An HONEST company is VERY rare these days and this company definitely sets the bar for honesty, integrity and service. Even the lady on the phone (I forgot her name I'm sorry) was a sweetheart! Changing my review to 3 stars because I'm upset about the 69$ charge for the technician to come out.
Who was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Someone called me and wanted to explain some things after I posted my original review and I appreciate that.

I tried to explain what my issue was over the phone but they still needed the technician to come see it.

I'm sure ice is a good company and aren't trying to hustle. I just don't like the system set up for Hvac

They guarantee their product and I appreciate that.

Do some research before you call and have to pay money for a quote.
