I was having problems with my fireplace - the pilot light was burning very hot and the fireplace was cutting out. Moises and Junior came out, serviced the fireplace, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts. Cheyenne in the office kept me up to date on the status of the parts arrival and they replaced the parts immediately upon arrival. I was still having a problem with the fireplace shutting off; Junior stuck with it until he figured out the problem and fixed it - he came out on a Saturday afternoon to make sure everything worked. This company is great! They are responsive, knowledgeable and customer oriented and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Company came out to a airbnb as the heat was not working. The tech was able to address the issue quickly and we had heat for the guests.

If I could give ICE 10 stars, I would. Hired 2 local AC companies who ripped me off and made problems worse for my home. Turn on heat, it goes to 98 degrees. Turns on AC it takes 10 hours to cool. The other guys installed my NEST thermostats in the attic :-(. Then comes MOE from ICE to the rescue. He fixed the dampers, fixed the wires that was installed backwards, and now I have a working AC and heater.

TRUST is very important when doing business with any company

Hired ICE to install my Ecobee thermostats. They sent Morris to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He followed all social distancing protocols. The price for install was the most competitive of the 6 companies I called. Very impressed with ICE and Morris' work. Highly recommended.

This review is from a few months back. Had them come out to the house to tune up my AC. They tried to upsell me on a ton of stuff. Had various categories of repairs rather than just straight up costs of various repairs. Then wanted me to join their club, which also cost extra. Not sure how they've gotten so many 5 star reviews.

First I want to apologize to ICE. I should have written this review sooner. A few months ago, while I was working from home at the start of phase 1 shutdowns, I looked into bundling solar with a new HVAC unit. Since I was working from home and had a lot of time on my hands, I must have had 6 different HVAC companies come out to give me a quote on the heating/air conditioning portion of the project. The solar company told me that I needed to find my own HVAC contractor. I shopped around. I had Ultra, Buenos Aires, Costco, Bulldog, and a few other companies come by to give me a quote. Since I was kept Googling Air Conditioning Repair, eventually an ad popped up on Facebook for ICE. The ad contained a video from Junior educating the viewers on something regarding the air conditioning unit. I called up and scheduled an appointment. Junior himself came out the next day. He literally spent an hour at my house going over options. I explained to him that this was a big job and I had to think about it. Junior provided me with no pressure. In fact, a few days, later I called him to come back out and meet with me in person for a second time. Junior came out when he promised and went over pricing again. I explained to him that I was waiting to see how things pan out with regards to work. Once again, Junior didn't pressure me into doing the job. For the next few weeks, I was back and forth on the phone with him trying to solidify a price. I was going to pull the trigger but unfortunately, I was laid off due to the pandemic. Junior felt very bad for my situation and told me that he will help me when I'm ready. I ended up scheduling an appointment with ICE to have them inspect and clean my ac unit. Junior's co-worker showed up the next day and cleaned my unit. He also told me that it's not a problem to wait a little longer before getting the unit replaced. To be honest with you, ICE never really suggested that I get my unit replaced in the first place. I simply wanted it replaced in order to lower my electric bill. My ac unit is 20 years old and still working fine.

I actually referred ICE to my friend and ended up getting a credit in my account for future repairs because he ended up having ICE fix something at his house last week. I didn't even know that ICE offered referrals. I found out afterwards. This was really nice of them to give referral credits. I'm sure to use this down the road.

Junior is an extremely honest guy. I'll be sure to call ICE for all my future heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks Junior and ICE.
