I would not recommend IBIS plumbing. Had George come over for a quote for a simple quick connect for a gasline hose for a generator. We agreed on a price but that was the end of it besides for excuse after excuse for not doing the work. He said I needed to get the actual hose to test the work (I got it 24 hours after he came over, called and left a message for him to do the work...nothing). I called again in a week or 2 and he said he never got the first message, but that his office would call to schedule an appt. Waited 2 days. Crickets. I called again and got an appt scheduled. He never showed up. I called the office and they said he started to come over (I actually got a message the guard's desk gave him a guest pass), but found out he didn't have parts and needed to turn around. I asked if he will still do the work that afternoon. Was told yes. Nothing. I called again and said this was my last call to them. I was told they will talk to him and reschedule. After another weekend, crickets again. I don't like writing bad reviews, but in this case I think buyer beware is appropriate. EDIT: George did call mid-afternoon today to personally apologize. He also mentioned that the day after he had the appt here, his best friend passed. Just adding to be fair.

Ibis Plumbing is a first rate company! Jorge and Skyler are professional, efficient, experienced, and neat! No mess to clean up after they have finished their work! We wouldn't call anyone else.

Their employees (2) are lairs. Called to have water lines cleared from dirt that backfilled from an outside broken main line that was leaking. In its repair they back filled water into my houses water line system, hence along with it dirt back flowed into the water lines. They came out twice. After the first repair man left, I ask him if all 4-valves were replaced. He told me yes. After he left I checked and they were only cleaned on the outside surfaces. I had to pay for 4-new water valves at $220 because he did not want to submit a bill to Gateway in fear they would drop his services. Still one sink has no more than 60% flow. Suggest anyone that needs plumbing repair, find some one else.

Had a break in my main water line here in Cape Coral, Florida. Called the emergency number and talked with Jorge the owner, who was actually on vacation at the time. He took my call and arranged for a tech, Skyler, to come out same day. Skyler showed me the problem, fixed my line and did a great job getting my water back on. That's above and beyond customer service. And the price was fair as well. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Wonderful service. Had Skyler install a new hot water heater. Honest, decent person and worker. Fair pricing. What more can you ask for? Love IBIS!

We love Jorge! Sorry for your loss Jorge... He has excellent help. His pricing is fair. His wife sets the appointments. I usually email her. This industry is hard enough. Shit happens. I'm pretty sure this is not the norm.
