Bought our new home in January. One week in we had no heat. There were stickers on our pvc pipe in basement for ISE plumbing so I called in desperation. Someone answered with a plain hello, i was confused. Is this ISE plumbing? They answered yes so I told him my situation.
The guy on the phone said hold on and i heard him ask another guy do you feel like checking a boiler? The other guy responded without much emotion but I couldn't make out what he said them the fellow on the phone said they wouldn't be able to come out to help and didn't even offer to set up for first thing next day. My heart was in my throat as I thought of my kids being cold and my pipes freezing. I called someone else and got scammed on an overpriced part but at least i had this resolved. I removed ISE stickers as to not make the mistake of calling them. Well at least they were warm that night also.

Brian helped bring an idea to life that I had been conjuring for a long time. He was instrumental in transforming a 1950's bathroom in a 1900 house to a contemporary walk-in shower. Space was limited and new plumbing&fixtures were essential. It all worked. Advice on old-house plumbing was welcome.

I had a what I thought was going to be a routine plumbing job (re-seat a toilet). Brian Santoro (owner) showed up in his very large ""it's got everything in there"" van. We quickly found out the problem was anything but routine. The old flange was not available and the newer type commonly available didn't fit. This master plumber quickly engineered a solution which worked the first time around. Money well spent on a quality job, and no I'm not affiliated with his company. I picked him cold from the yellow pages.

I have been using Brian Santoro as my plumber since I bought my home in 1999. He is a great guy, very honest and hard working and while I agree with M.K. that he tends to be busy, that just means he is in demand because he is good. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Brian Santoro (owner/operator) has his own truck with every sort of plumbing gadget you can think of available at his disposal. He tends to be busy but I've had no issues with either of the jobs he's done in my home. His prices are very reasonable, and much lower than you'll get at other local or ""chain"" companies like Rooter, TWebber or Lambert (all of them price gouge).
