I called in the morning because I needed a plumber and they arrived that same afternoon. Not only were they were on time, but they did an efficient and quick job. They were also super friendly and I was over all impressed. Definitely would call again if I need another plumber.

I've used I Need a Plumber Now for my water heater and now a water leak in my faucet. I called and someone picked up right away. They were able to schedule someone to come out the same morning to diagnose the issue. Turns out it just needed a few adjustments and everything was good to go.

Masks were worn and shoes were taken off before entering the home.

Very happy with both of my experiences and I will continue to support this local small business!

My garbage disposal got jammed several days before I called and it got to the point where water almost stopped going down the drain so I was kind of desperate to get it fixed. They were able to come check it out for me the next day but unfortunately weren't able to help me unjam it. They recommended I replace the garbage disposal instead and I was a bit reluctant to do it given that it was relatively new (6 months) and the price was above what I expected ($575). I ended up not taking the recommendation to replace it.

Fortunately I had a different contractor at the house that day helping fix other things, and he was able to unjam it relatively easily for me with a hammer -- saving me over $600.

The guys who checked out my garbage disposal were very nice and fortunately the initial inspection was free, but I think they jumped too quickly to the replacement option when I didn't need it.

Scheduled me for the wrong day. I called and canceled thinking it was today. Called back to reschedule and he hung up on me because I was not sure if that day would workout or not. He said ""How about no because I don't want to be cancelled on"". Very short tempered. I'm glad I did not actually hire him.

Ryan and Prince did an amazing job on my plumbing. My poor house was severely neglected by the previous owner and they hid plumbing issues with duct tape and didn't disclose the major issues when I bought the house. Ryan gave me a great quote for the work that I asked to have done. Then, he found the hidden issues, which caused more time and materials! But, instead of just leaving the project to requote it, he told me we can square it up later so that he and Prince could stay to complete the work, which was 11:30pm. I very much appreciated it because I would've had to get a hotel for the night. Not only were they dedicated to helping me with a bad situation, they did a beautiful job! I'm telling you that if you don't call on Ryan at I Need A Plumber Now, you're doing yourself a disservice.

We noticed on our bathroom floor what looked like might be a water leak. Ryan came out to see what the issue might be. He was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing. He was quickly able to discover the leak and gave us our options to repair it. Our quote for the repair I felt was very reasonable. He fixed the leak right then and there and took less than an hour.

Highly recommend if you have any plumbing issues. Trustworthy and reliable people!!

Wow! Great service! Not sure of their normal availability, but our water heater went out sometime in the morning, and by 6:15 in the evening we had a new one installed. Professional, courteous, fast. Thank you!
