Yesterday Andrew arrived from ""I need a Plumber Now"" and installed two new bathroom-sink faucets and a new, low-flow toilet. He arrived on time, cleaned up leftover debris and did a very efficient job of the three installations.
""I need a Plumber Now"" was also several hundred dollars cheaper than my second bid.
I highly recommend this company, and will use them again if I have other plumbing needs.

Had a General Contractor let two laborers botch my plumbing. Also, before this, the contractor himself installed a garbage disposal for me. Came home to both sinks leaking water. Among other issues I'd had enough. I called these guys, they had installed my new hot water heater a year and a half ago and did a great job. So I call them at 9pm at night. By 7 am they returned my call, by 8:15 I'd called them back, by 8:50 they had a team at my door! These gentlemen were courteous, respectful, cheerful and assuring. They took care of my needs within an hour in both rooms and showed me what the contractors laborers had done that wasn't ethical, or to code! They treated my home with respect, they treated me with respect and made sure I felt confident in the work being done before they left. Even though I told them they could keep their shoes on, they insisted on removing them in order to show my home respect. Thomas, thank you for being so prompt, so honest and so decent! You truly are the best. I was so worried as I live in a condo that there could be damage to another unit from all of this and you made my worry go away. Grateful doesn't even begin to describe it. You have a customer for life!!!!

Great Team! Tim gave an accurate time estimate with same day service. Chris and Ryan called ahead to confirm and were able to Immediately diagnosed the problem and gave a reasonable quote. The work came with a warranty and work was finished under an hour. I know where to call next time. Thanks, Team!

Fast response, they were able to come out the next day I called to provide an estimate and then replace my water heater the following day. Response to phone calls was very fast and all work was done with quality and quickly.

These guys are as honest as the day is long. I am extremely handy and do almost everything myself. I came home alone and heard water running. I checked the bathrooms, sinks, and outdoor faucets and could not detect a leak. I even checked under the house and I could hear the water line running but couldn't find the leak so I called these guys. I checked my water meter and water was flowing. I then started digging a hole down to where my water line comes into the house because I had a leak there about 15 years ago. The guy showed up and checked everything that I did and found that the leak was caused by the flap in the upstairs bathroom toilet. (This is a $7.99 fix). He said I looked very capable of fixing it and he left without charging me a dime. Now that is awesome, honest service that you don't expect to find these days.

Great experience from start to finish. Called on a Saturday afternoon about an issue with fluctuating pressure and temperature in my shower. Tim answered, asked a few questions, and told me that Jeff could be at my place in an hour. 45 minutes later, Jeff showed up and quickly diagnosed my problem, and I've got a working shower again. Quick scheduling, friendly and professional service, and knowledgable and skilled workers. What's not to like?

My house had a three valve faucet in a shower which needed to be replaced. I called this company from the yelp reviews.

My plumber was Thomas, he and his apprentice showed up on time, both were very courteous, and went to work. I had the old three valve replaced with a modern anti-scald valve.

Now the not so good... While the job was completed, and everything functioned as it should, I was left with a couple of annoyances.

First, the remodel kit used came with a template for the capability to access/ replace the three valve from the tub side of the wall. Thomas decided to remove the toilet from the bathroom on the opposite side of the tub, and remove a section of drywall, for better access, more room to work. So, a $99 up-charge to remove/replace the toilet, and I was left with an 18"" by 19"" hole in the wall which I later had to remove the toilet again, to patch the wall myself, as the section they removed, they didn't save, and Thomas told me they didn't repair drywall when they have to remove any for work performed.

An added bonus was that the replacement shower head from the remodel kit was installed with no gasket or sealant tape, and shot a stream of water on the wall and ceiling behind it.

So the total for my job was $1k and some change. For me to have to redo the finish work after coughing up that kind of money is a little too much for me to use these folks again.

These guys are AMAZING. Andrew came in humming, installed my vanity in a heartbeat - figuring out all the wonky old plumbing - and did it quick, cleanly, happily, and even explained things when I asked all the questions I wanted (so I can do it myself next time). Would give 10 stars if I could. This is why I LOVE yelp!

Wow I can't begin to express how impressed I am with this company. I had an urgent need at a multi-million dollar home. They showed up fast, as in ""now"" that is part of their title! Two very professional and friendly plumbers who quickly identified and fixed my issue. And more importantly than anything the integrity and fairness of the transaction / fees was over the top excellent. Would absolutely use them again and recommend without reservation.
