Our toilet was not working properly (clogged up and didn't flush correctly). I called two other plumbers after I tried to fix it myself. I did not get a call back from either plumber. I found on Yelp and called ""I Love Sewers"" and they answered me right away. We set up an appointment and they were at my home in about an hour. Jesus did a thorough inspection using cameras and finding the clog and unclogging it. Unfortunately, after further inspection and a fair estimate my sewer line had to be replaced. Jesus and crew where here on time the next day and replaced the 50+ old damage sewer line and added a new clean out. Prompt, clean, professional service, and fair pricing. I highly recommend ""I Love Sewers"" Jesus and his team.

I don't usually leave reviews but this company is worth it. I had raw sewage backing up into my shower and Carlos and his team were there within the hour. He gave different solutions to fit our budget and told us pros and cons of each solution as well. If you have an emergency these are the folks to call!

Jesus and his team were super thorough and answered all the questions we had, and we had a lot! They didn't try to sell us on anything that we didn't need and they were very knowledgeable and informative to the point where I feel confident I would call them in the future if we ever ran into any other plumbing issues. They were also very prepared with a team just in case so you wouldn't need to reschedule and wait a couple more days if the issue was urgent. Super happy and would totally recommend them!

I needed help right away and Jesus and Fernando came to assist the problem in my shower. Unfortunately, it was a big problem as my pipes were backed up with dirt, calcium and debris. The pipes were the original pipes, which required digging several feet in front of my house to properly repair and complete the job. This job took all day and it was a very hot day. Both gentlemen were polite and professional.

Had an emergency blockage in my main line late at night. Yelped for a plumber to help fixed it and came across them! Carlos helped me get set up for my appointment, he was very nice and explained what might have been going on and got one of his technicians out the next day to fix the issue. Jesus and his partner came out, assessed the issue and determined what the issue was and what the solution would be. He explained the issue throughly and explain the point of action throughly as well then got the descale team to come out and clear and fix my blockage in my pipes. I called these guys up to snake our drainage mainline since it had been a few years, only to discover that our drainage line had been infested with roots and had ruptured in several places. The bad news, a few-hundred dollar snaking had now become an unexpected (and incredibly expensive) drainage line replacement. The good news is that Carlos and the guys at his company wasted zero time getting to work that same day and less than 48 hours later, everything was installed, all excavation repaired, and they even installed it beneath our sidewalk and driveway without breaking any concrete. Nobody is thrilled by a surprise repair in the tens-of-thousands, but Carlos' team exhausted all alternative options before we finally settled on the total replacement, and walked us through the process every step of the way to avoid any surprises and ensure we got the service we needed. Highly recommended!
