We needed a pressure test at our studio and went with this company because it was close by. The owner Gary assured that he'd have someone come over to do the test. The worker he sent was rude and impatient and when I told Gary about it he said it's because the worker had a long day. Needless to say they were all very unprofessional and not worth the headache of dealing with.

This is a reverse recommendation. This is a NEGATIVE reco. I sought names of plumbers and ended up using Kostynick Plumbing. The first time was good. They fixed a shower mixer.
A few weeks later I had a valve behind the toilet leaking. Two guys came fixed the valve and then looked inside the toilet and said i needed a new flapper. OK. As soon as they left this toilet gave me problems. I called several times and they told me it was normal for the water to run for 2 minutes longer than it did before they touched it. They told me it was normal for the toilet to be loud. And then it happened. The toilet tank overflowed and flooded the bathroom and the basement and ruined the ceiling in my basement and carpeting. It was no coincidence that Kostynick Plumbing had caused this by touching the inside of my toilet when I called them over for a valve outside the toilet that was leaking.
Today i had them here twice. First crew tried to extort more money from me by telling me I needed more parts in the toilet. Next, the boss, Gary came. He took a saw and did some cutting in my toilet and said it was a manufacturer defect in this 20 year old toilet that caused the over flow. NO COINCIDENCE AT ALL THAT I DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM UNTIL THEY TOUCHED IT.
So Kostynick plumbing refuses to repair the ceiling in my basement. Or the carpet. They take no responsibility for the damage. Run far away from using them!
