They overcharge if they think they can get away with it. Quoted $135/hr and tried to charge $500 for less than an hour of work which included ""assistant fee"", travel fee"", and ""truck fee"". Predatory company. They also charged me $100 for a $30 part. Go somewhere else.

As mentioned in an other review, these people charge you from the minute they leave their office till the minute they get back and send two guys on a one man job. They also do no provide an estimate for the work that needs to be done. The will repair the issue without your consent then bill you. Be cautious with them. Do yourself a favor and call around before you have them come out.

great service, fixed the well pump BUT im not sure the old well pump was defective, $10 for 8 each 6 inch wraps of 10 ml tape, 1-1/2 couplings $8, a $2 splice kit was $12. definitely priced with very high margins on all material, labor and truck.

I called L.J. Larson Pumps on a Saturday at 10am they were here with in 2 hours and had a new pump installed with control box in 2 hours or less.
Although I had to pay time in half because it was a Saturday, it was well worth it to
have water!!
Adam and Josiah were very professional, efficient and friendly. They work fast and efficiently to
get the job done quickly! No time
was wasted . I highly recommend this company to my friends and family!

Ok many great reviews here and this company came recommended to me by a friend. They have great hours which is a plus since loosing water is an emergency! The people on the phone were professional and helpful. They got my water back on which was also awesome.

But please be aware of crazy ridiculous fees! Labor is $95 an hour. It took them exactly one hour to get me up and running. However they want to include drive time to get to my house (which is the first time I've ever heard of that). So they totaled labor to 2.5 hours which honestly it doesn't take 1.5 hours to drive to and from Modesto. On top of this they wanted to charge me the 2.5 hours of labor x 2 because they sent to guys! What?!?!?!?! It's not my fault you sent two guys for a one man job! One man did the work ... the other went back to the truck for a few parts. So I gotta pay his labor too??? That's where I drew the line. So they took off the second guys labor fees but still charged me 2.5 hours of labor for a job that took them exactly one hour!!!!! Pretty shady if you ask me!

They still got three stars tho because they did complete the job and were very responsible.... Just be aware of all the jacked up hidden fees. Not a great way to run a business ..... but ? whatever at least I have water now.

Brad was amazing!!! I knew things were bad when we bought the this place, but our pump house looked like a bunch of rednecks got drunk one night and had fun with PVC and glue. They even left the beer cans behind. When our tank took a $h!t, Brad came to our rescue right away. We were up and flowing in a couple hours! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but these before and after photos are priceless. And all with an extremely fair price tag. Thank you so much!!!

I am not a Yelp person but I signed up because of this company. Being on a well system is great when I need to water on not not day to water. However, when the ancient pump decided to give up the ghost, I called Larsen. Mark came out and he's the best ghostbuster ever. He checked everything, asked questions, listened to my answers, and gave me an estimate that was beyond fair.

They came out the next week and replaced the pump easy peasy. They were nice, quick, and professional. Mark stopped by the next day on his own time to make sure it was working good. A couple of days later we had no water. That was our fault. Mark had told me about the filter needed and I had to order one from a huge store. Who knew it would take two weeks?

My review is long but simple: Larsen pump repair is honest, fair, and professional. If you need repairs, call them.

Shout out to Mark for his great taste in baseball teams!

I had a leaking well pump, and had the pleasure of meeting Brad, well pump repair person. Brad fixed the leaked very quickly and happy to say, ""No Leaks""! The company dispatches repairman very fast. The repair cost was reasonable and fair. Larsen is my now my go to well repair company. Great job Larsen Pumps!
