I.E. Plumbing is really good. They come out quickly and are always on time. They do good work. Thy know their stuff. I've been using them for several years now and they have never let me down. I called them out to a rental property in Canyon lake to unclog the master shower drain and toilet. The tenant had called out three other companies and none of them could fix the problem. Kevin came out, figured out what was causing the clog and was able to fix the problem within an hour. Today, he came out to my house and installed two new toilets for us. He was here for about an hour and did a fantastic job. Three years ago, he added a powder room to our downstairs just off of the hallway. Now we have a wonderful powder room for guests to use when they come over to visit. I found I.E. Plumbing after checking on Temecula Talk for great recommendations for hot water heaters as our tankless water heater was broken and after dealing with the nonsense of a couple of companies, I.E. Plumbing was recommended there and really lived up to their great reputation! Brian showed up within an hour and a half of my call and knew just what he was doing.
He was great at explaining all the options, and we decided to get a new tankless water heater after four days without hot water. A couple hours later, Brian, Kevin and Steve showed up with a brand new unit and installed it with all new piping, hosing and venting...even including an instahot undersink mount in the master bathroom.
The customer service was fantastic from the moment Wendy answered the phone at 7am to the complete install that same afternoon. Kevin and his crew were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company. They have very Fair prices, a great work ethic and excelleny, friendly service.

We had an issue in my mother-in-law's house with the down stairs toilet not draining. Kevin came out and looked at it and said that there wasn't a clog and no need to snake it, just a calcium build up and needed adjustment. OK. Except the toilet still didn't drain after he was done. My mother-in-law contacted Kevin again and said that his adjustment didn't work and asked for her money back. Kevin agreed to send a refund and said the toilet would need to be replaced. So when my husband tried replacing the toilet he discovered that roots had grown over the top of the toilet drain so it did need to be snaked. My husband called Kevin to ask if he wanted the job of snaking the drain but was told ""I sent your money back, we're done!"" Overall not the experience we expected or hoped for. Thankful he sent the check back, but he could have saved everyone time and money if he had snaked the drain or removed the toilet to see if there was an issue in ther first place. And when my husband called to try and give him the job of fixing it, which we were willing to pay for, we got a rude and short response. So we found someone else for the job.

After calling several different Plumbers (some refused to give quotes over the phone, a few did with quotes that were astronomical) we decided on IE Plumbing Services based on reviews and the way my initial phone call was handled (thanks, Wendy!) Kevin arrived on time, maybe a bit early (awesome) and went right to work replacing our kitchen faucet, disposal and unplugging one of our toilets. He took the time to explain some issues and was able to extend the life of some parts in the toilet - no hard sell at all. Great experience - it's wonderful to find people you can trust and know they will be the ones you call in the future. Thank you Kevin!

We had a slab leak and a leak coming in our downstairs bathroom. Kevin came out and explained the situation, he was honest and friendly. When they came over to do the work, him and his worker showed up on time, cleaned up and fixed the problems! We will definitely recommend these guys and won't have to make a bunch of calls with our next plumbing problem.

Called today late in afternoon to see if we could get someone to come out and strap our water heater the correct way. With in two hours after I called the office, John came out and had it up to code. Very friendly and fast service. Great prices too. :) Thank you so much.

Used them twice, thought they were decent so I called again after I got home and the leak they ""fixed"" started to leak again. I called at 430pm and the person who answered didn't know if they could come out that day, she called me back 2 hours later and told me they could come out at 7 am the next morning. I took my chances and called again to see if anyone could come in the evening since water was spraying everywhere. I let them know I had kids and it was going to be hard to keep the water shut off all evening, he said to me ""oh quit being dramatic you're not going to die"" wow, such a rude comment. You don't treat customers that way. Super disappointed, I will never call them again and I will never refer anyone to their company again. Horrible!
