Owner/Operated David is kind, experienced and prompt! He arrived within 1 hour of me calling to simply look at our garbage disposal, as promised.

The reason he is a plumber looking for work is because he doesn't know what he is doing. He said he guaranteed his work for a year, but as soon as I paid him ( right away I might add) I had no hot water. He blamed it on me, and the angle stop in bath was put in wrong location ( new sink..pedestal ) he told me he would call the police if I called and bothered him again. SHAME ON HIM... I called his bonding company, had a real plumber come out...my waterheater cover was put on UPSIDE DOWN, no hot water because he REVERSED the lines, and the angle stops couldn't be fixed because he didn't know how to line things up for a pedestal sink. I had the work REDONE correctly and submitted the bill to the bonding company and was paid. Do not hire him!!! He deserves a MINUS 5 stars, but I had to put 1!

We were especially impressed by the services of ""Plumber Looking for Work"". For months we had a strange sound coming from the wall in our master bath, after flushing the toilet - like the pipes were vibrating inside the walls. My husband called this gentleman to schedule an appointment, but before coming over, he explained how there must be a water leak somewhere, causing air compression and build up of pressure inside the pipes. Based upon that telephone conversation, my husband was able to identify the location of the problem and to remediate the vibrating-situation. As a result, we cancelled plumber's visit...but on the following day Mr. Plumber called back just to check on our situation and to explain further why we eventually could have had a major problem within the walls of our home. Very professional!! We will call this business - I Am A Plumber - with any future needs.

Nothing worse than making an appointment for a Plumber and David failed to show up or call. When we called he was DRUNK. He was mad at us for calling him. He did not answer his Cell but Office phone....not to busy to take a call but too busy to make one to cancel...Dave is a Plumber Looking for a DRINK...Drunk are Undependable.

We had everything torn apart ready for him to install a new sink & toilet...no show, no call is unprofessional. If he was too busy he should of called the night before..or earlier but no call is horrible. Beware...DO NOT USE because Drunk Plumbers can't be trusted.

I've had three jobs by this plumber and two turned out bad. We hired him to install a bathroom faucet. He sent out an employee who was clearly in over his head. The faucet was installed poorly and now everything is loose and wobbly. I'll fix it myself.

I had Robbins install the hardware inside a toilet. After he was done, the water did not flow on the sides of the bowl, which means the toilet was getting foul a lot faster. I called him and he readily came out to fix it. But he did nothing, telling me to ""get a hanger and ream out the holes on the side of the bowl"". This was ridiculous, anyone could see that wasn't the problem. I guess i'll undo his work and install the proper hardware. Will look for a better quality plumber in the future.

David Robbins is a horrible plumber! My friend used him to clear a sewer line & he got his snake caught in the pipe. It unraveled & he ripped in out with a chain tied to the back of his truck. He charged $500 & didn't do anything except break to pipe!!! Morro Bay Plumbing came & did an excellent job fixing what David Robbins couldn't. Don't use I Am A Plumber Looking for Work!!!

Giving three stars, since first time out, job was done well & very reasonable. Second time out, was quoted nearly double the price for less work - same situation, different bathroom, but less replacement parts

Dave Robbins gave us a fair price, and good options. He told me how I could fix what I had, and how much it would be to replace it altogether. I had other estimates that were much higher (and without being told I had other options). Then, he got the work done quickly, and did a great (clean) job. I am so glad I got a second opinion from Dave.
