I entered a service request for plumbing issues on a Sunday morning. Kyle called me immediately and gave me a time frame within a few hours. He gave me an estimate/quote over the phone that would likely apply with the possibility of more of course depending on the service needed. Manuel called before the work window to give me a more exact time and he was right on time for it. Manuel was amazing, he took the time to listen to our history of plumbing as we knew it in this 60 year old house and then investigated some more. He gave us his recommendations and then performed great service. He didn't try to up sell us for more than we needed, but he let us know options. He let us watch during the scope so we got to see exactly what he was doing and the state of our lines. When I asked questions about recommendations, they very well could have given me more costly options but they were straight with me about what i needed. I extremely appreciate a business that is honest with me. I will definitely call them again if and when I have issues! Thanks for being great!

I had an emergency backup in my basement from a clogged sewer line...which I noticed 5hrs before I had a flight out of town. Hyper Flow had Carlos come out and he was able to arrive within 2 hrs, and resolved the clog quickly so our travel plans could still work out. Thanks for adjusting the service schedule to make that happen!

One quick snake and our tub was working wonderfully again. The price was what he quoted.

Kyle was professional and came out quickly. I was amazed at how quickly he came out. He fixed the issue of my dishwasher. It wasn't properly draining out. Prices were reasonable. Also advised of reimbursement of previous company job since they didn't do a good job of checking everything. The cap from disposal was not removed. Will definitely be calling Kyle and or this company again if needed.

We were in a bind. We found sewage flowing out of a drain in our basement, My wife found HyperFlow via Yelp and called them right away. She talked with Carlos Rios who said he could be over in 45 minutes - perfect. He arrived on time and went right to work. Despite never having been to this house before, he knew how to access the line and snaked it, clearing the clog in a few minutes even though it was 75' out from the house. He then ran a camera in the line, assessed its condition, and marked it on the surface for followup. All that was great, but what I also appreciated was that he cleaned up the affected area, which was above and beyond for me.

Bottom line - I know exactly who to call next time!

Kyle was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and truly put my mind at ease even though this repair is going to cost potentially thousands to repair. He explained what was wrong, immediately followed by a solution (that he makes sound easy and simplified). Appreciate someone with this level of expertise. If you have a drain issue - especially under slab, underground, sewer, washer, floor drain etc this is your guy. Hands down.
