I had to have my garbage disposal replaced because it was leaking--they were quick to respond and send someone out! The tech they sent was kind and knowledgeable, and was fast to fix the issue!!

Great service, excellent communication. We needed a prompt diagnosis for a serious sewer line issue with a house under contract to be sold soon. They gave us a complete report and offered a very fair price for the fix. We hired them!

Prompt and did a great job getting our clogged sewer line back up and running. They explained and showed us what was causing the issues and provided us with the cost before they did any work.

We had Hyper Flow install a sump pump. Incredibly professional, and the work was outstanding. Scheduling was also very easy. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Excellent response and effective service clearing out my toilet. Very professional all around. I highly recommend Hyper Flow service to address your clogged doo doo toilets

I had never heard of hydro jetting a main sewer line before, but Jake got mine looking brand new in about an hour. As far as rate goes, HF was competitive in my assessment, and they were responsive throughout the entire process. Jake walked me through everything he was doing and why, and demonstrated exceptional knowledge. I feel as though I got good advice on other aspects of my house, too. My experience was very good.

You just can't really trust what people write on Yelp anymore. People really have low standards now a day. I just can't imagine this company getting 5 stars when they can't answer a simple question
All I wanted to know is what is the estimate costs to come out and snake the line for about 100 ft. It is a recurrent problem that I have in which I have to do every 2-3 years. They won't quote me unless they do a free onsite consultation. And if I like I can do it then. This is a known tactic used by so many of these companies. It is an emergency and I don't have time to get them out and if they quote something outrageous, then I have to waste time to look for another company or I am forced to use them.
It is not like these prices aren't plastered all over the internet by other companies. And I have used those other companies also but since I am in an HOA with other people, I needed several quotes for them to approve.

Had a great experience with Jeremy. My pipes were clogged in my condo unit and he was able to get it cleared up quickly. Pricing seemed reasonable too.

Hired Hyper Flow when we noticed waste water coming up in our laundry room floor drain. They sent out a tech who cleared the sewer line, by entering through the basement toilet line. They used a metal line with a camera on the end to scope the line and, as we expected, there were tree roots in the line, which is common in Denver. We've had them cleared before. Tech said he'd send me the video and we never got it (this cost $250). He also recommened hydro-jetting the line, which I agreed to. A few days later they came back, jetted the line, filmed it, and then said we had a sunken portion of the sewer line and it was never going to drain right unless we repaired the line. Another $750 and no video the second time either. Contacted the owner and got the video sent to me with an apology.
We agreed to have the sewer line replaced rather than repaired, because the cost difference was silly. They came back a few days later to replace the line. I've seen this done before so I knew what a big job it was. I have a large corner property that's fenced and together we planned where they'd enter with their equipment ...what section of fence would come down, etc. I prepped the day before and dismantled sections of interior fence lattice that separate portions of my garden etc. and removed raised garden beds that were in the way of where the backhoe would enter from the street onto the property.
On the day of the service, they attempted to contact my neighbors to enter on the fence line that runs along their driveway, even though I specifically requested for that not to happen. Ok...no big deal. It was caught and corrected ...but, annoying... since the neighbors are sometimes less than thrilled to assist in these matters.
When you replace a sewer line, they dig with a backhoe (fairly large piece of equipment) and remove huge piles of dirt, to trench out the portion of the yard where the line resides. Hyper Flow put down large sheets of plywood for the backhoe to drive over and that's to protect the lawn and your patio from getting destroyed. When they dig, it's normal for them to encounter sprinkler lines and you should expect those to be unceremoniously cut. I had, in total, 4 lines cut and was told several times that these would be repaired.
After all was said and done, $10k+ later, I have a new sewer line. When they removed their plywood sheets my flagstone patio was trashed along the edges. The edges were crushed by the weight of the backhoe. They said they'd come back and concrete it ...never did.
They said they'd re-attach/splice the sprinkler lines, and only 2 out of 4 were reattached. I went to turn on my sprinklers, end of April, and the backyard flooded. I also discovered that they removed a sprinkler riser and never replaced, and ruined connections to two others, because instead of unscrewing them at the risers, they pulled them apart (they don't pull apart). More gushers from those stations as well.
So, all tolled... the experience was less than stellar.
* Tech recommended Jetting when he should have probably noted the dip in the line from the outset - a more experienced tech would have and I would have foregone the jetting, saving the unnecessary expense. Instead I got offered some portion back after arguing the same.
* Patio was not properly protected and crushed - never repaired (I repaired)
* Sprinkler lines were not reconnected - this was probably the most annoying part, because you have to hand dig trenches, find the cut lines and repair ...or hire someone... more money. This is still pending, due to time constraints. I'd contact them to fix... but, a few months out now and still haven't heard back on the patio they were going to fix. So, why bother.
*Drip irrigation broken at 3 spots because someone confused screw fittings with compression fittings and just snapped 3/4"" to 1/2"" adapters at 3 riser locations.
* 1/2"" irrigation riser removed at one station and never put back
I'm pretty easy going... but, now I'm kinda pissed at how much work this generated for me and I'm a busy guy. So... I'd say 3 stars, because the work was done... I don't have sewage coming up in the house, but not the greatest either, considering what I have left to clean up.

I woke to a basement sink with a backed up drain... down the drain up stairs end up on the basement floor. Called around and found a couple of options only one could come that day and not charge me ""emergency"" charges. They came, estimated, and completed the job without any issues or ridiculous prices in spite of it being a Sunday night.
