My biggest regret was not reaching out to Hynes first when it came to plumbing issues. I was having issues with a tankless water heater another plumber installed. The other company came out FOUR times, charging me for each visit, just to not ever fix the issue.

Hynes was able to help walk me through what the issues were and how to fix it. He was informative, didn't speak down to me when explaining things, and was very giving of his time.

Everythign you want in a plumber, truthful, cares about service, wants to help make you smarter, a person you can trust.

I called Russell to come out at take a look at our heater/boiler to see what could be wrong. He was able to come out early on New Years Eve day, which was amazing. He took a look at the boiler and went right to work, trying to discern what was wrong. He worked for about 2 hours on the boiler and was able to re-set the mechanisms so that it worked without stopping for the first time in about a week. We are truly grateful for the service provided by Hynes Plumbing, Heating & Gas fitting!!! Job well done!
