My husband goes here for every tiny screw and what not that he needs. On a recent visit, I needed help in the paint section. They are well stocked and the gentleman working behind paint counter, Joe (?), was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions patiently.

Showroom and parts stores go to extremes to satisfy any concerns of either me or even my customers which is very important to my business. Hylan has a great selection of quality products which they know inside and out.
Their dedication to satisfaction of their customers and their design-savvy staff is the reason I continue to grow my plumbing and renovation business.

I went to Hylan Plumbing showroom to look at the different style faucets and accessories for a bathroom I was renovating. We immediately were helped by Fran who we later found out was the owner. She was so nice and accommodating and really knowledgeable. She was pleasant every step of the way and is truly a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this store for all of your bathroom renovations and they also own the hardware store on the corner. I love giving my business to kind and appreciative ""mom and pop stores."" This is definitely my go to place for all my friends and clients. Thanks Fran for all of your help!

I was recommended to Hylan through a plumber I contracted to do the work on my new construction home. Customer service was very friendly and upbeat pre-purchase. Once you buy and there is an issue, everything goes out the window. When delivery came they were missing a few items which they said they would deliver later on. We didn't think twice about it. It wasn't an issue considering we were not at the stage we needed these items. There were also a few items the plumber said we did not need at all. I called Marsha and explained to her what the plumber was telling me. She explained the items were ""special order"" and ""not returnable."" Okay not the end of the world, ""I'll suck it up"" I said to myself figuring three or four hundred bucks on a 15k order is a learning curve. Low and behold when we were ready, we had received only one of the missing items and not the other. My project manager called and explained to Marsha the issue and was met with the attitude of ""not my problem."" He brought the paperwork to Hylans office that shows we did not receive it. They didn't care. Then, after we realized we weren't getting anywhere, Fran (the boss) said she would split the cost of the toilet with us. I originally paid $495, the replacement cost when we went to pickup was $395. How is that a split? BUYER BEWARE: Go over your order item by item, and have a professional check everything before buying. On pick-up or delivery ensure all your items are there, go through every box piece by piece, even if it takes hours. In the event of a issue have Hylans representative clearly mark the paperwork that you did not receive it. Remember, it's your money. I'm just sorry I thought they were honest.

I am a fan of supporting local businesses and getting the personalized service that I have repeatedly received Doing 2 bathrooms at once should've been more stressful then it was. Ask for Marsha, she's amazing. I bought sinks, faucets, toilets and vanities for 3 bathrooms and a sink and faucet for the kitchen. Marsha helped me determine what style I liked best and then had such patience to review so many choices with me. She recommended a master bathroom vanity that I was unsure of, but had such great experience with her that I trusted her and ordered it. It is spectacular. She has great taste and was on top of it all, design, costs, delivery...everything. Wonderful experience, I highly recommend.

If I was able to give more than five stars I would. The staff in the store are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have been working with Marsha for months. She is incredible!!!! She knows her designs and assists you until you are completely satisfied. I've been in and out of there several times and even meet the owner. I was referred to Hylan Plumbing by my contractor. As soon as I walked in, I was quickly tended too and immediately felt comfortable with my sales rep Marsha. I needed to select a number of items for my newly renovated bathroom and naturally I was expecting a dreadful process. This was not the case at all. Marsha quickly picked up on my taste and what I was looking for. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed, or pushed towards a specific brand or price point. Their showroom is beautiful and offers a wide variety of options that caters to all tastes. After about an hour of selecting everything we needed, we were on our way. From that point on, I was updated every time something arrived and they delivered and coordinated everything seamlessly with my contractor. After the first bathroom was complete, we moved to bathroom number 2 and that was the fun part. Now that Marsha knew exactly what we liked, she lead me in the right direction, and again, another seamless process.

If you're looking for professionalism, experience, and a beautiful showroom to select from, Hylan Plumbing is the place to go to. They make you feel valued as a customer and treat you like you've been going to them for years. Looking forward to going back for another bathroom renovation.
