Moving into our new house, we needed to have a garbage disposal installed. While calling around to schedule the work, the corroded strainer on our kitchen sink fell apart, the leak suddenly making the project far more urgent! In spite of his already full plate, Zane responded quickly to make a temporary repair, rendering our sink functional again, and was very accommodating to schedule installation of a new disposal just a few days later. Throughout the process, Zane was very friendly, professional and overall a delight to work with. He listened attentively, explained the various options available given the particular constraints of the sink cabinet and our tight timeline. His work was thorough and tidy. We will definitely use Zane again and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

Zane did a fantastic job hooking up a new toilet and replacing the corroded hose bibs and pressure regulator outside. He also rebuilt a hose bib extension thru the fence and the new copper work looks great. He saved me some serious money over two other plumbers because he figured out how to install the new toilet flange without going under the floor (connection pipe was a wierd size). He took the time to inspect my house before he started and it was informative and helpful. Highly recommend Zane!

I was in desperate need of a plumber and actually called two different plumbers that were recommended to me. Zane from Hydrus Plumbing was the first to respond. When we explained the trouble we were having, Zane immediately knew what the trouble was (thermal coupling) and took care of ordering the part for us. Since our water heater was still under warranty, Zane made sure that the part came at no cost to us. I have to say that I'm completely impressed with the service I received. Zane arrived on time, was courteous and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was very conscientious and double checked his work. He even caught some issues with the original installation of the water heater. I would whole-heartedly recommend Hydrus Plumbing to anyone that needs quality service, timely response, and the assurance that the job will be done right!
