Recommended Customer Reviews

I have been using Hydroman Rooter for many years and have never been disappointed in their service. Andre has always been timely, courteous and so very helpful. Does a very clean job, wore a mask and has never failed to complete the job. I recommend him so very highly.

If you want quality professional service stay away from this company. Employees come with attitude.

Called to have a commercial line rooted. Said he would be there in and hour and to his credit he did show up on time. However, he called me and told me I needed the line hydrojetted for $650 normally over $120. He said there was a lot of grease backing it up and the cleanouts weren't being taken care of. But these were old cleanouts not being used anymore. He said I needed major work done to get it working again. I called my normal rooter Gilly who came out and all he did was root the one line in question and everything is working fine again. I had to pay $225 just for him to show up and tell me to do something I didn't need to do in the end. Lesson learned, stick to people you know and trust.

I never give reviews... however this time I must. Hydroman Rooter came to my home because my sink was stopped up.
He climb on my roof in 80 some degree
outside and cleaned my vent. This man is
very nice, professional and fair. So if you have a problem with you plumbing he's the man!

So no one wants a sewer problem, but when it happen you must for the sake of the environment and all things holy act quickly.
Our home was built in the 40's and we have lots of mature trees which is a formula for root based problems.
After calling several plumbers in yelp we selected Mr. Andre La France.
The problem was pretty severe. How lucky we were to find this company.
He was quick to respond and Had all the necessary equipment and licenses. His paper work was spot on and professionally done.
His van is well labeled and spotless inside and out.
I will confidently call him when a need arises in the future.
And this is because he earned our trust. We communicated about the problem, the solution and the costs and settled upon a solid course of action.
We recommend Hydroman Rooter and hope you will support this small locally based business.

Awesome job! Fast and efficient. Andre's the best!

If you live in earthquake-prone California, you are bound to hear the words, ""You're going to have to repipe your sewer line from the cleanout to the city main. That old clay pipe is toast."" You know the panic that can instill. You can either tear up the yard to lay in a new line, or try a new technology that involves trenchless repiping, which basically runs a battering ram down the old line, pulling a polyethylene sleeve behind it. Either way, it's gonna be expensive.
Hydroman Rooter was recommended to me by the corporate guys at Tric Trenchless (the guys who invented the trenchless technology), and now I can see why.
Andre Pierre LaFrance (what a handle!) and his crew were prompt, polite and professional in performing a trenchless install of 140 feet (!) of polyethylene pipe down a steep, heavy-clay hill, replacing a deteriorating clay sewer line. Andre explained every step of the work (and the accompanying charges) in plain English, so that I felt involved in the process.
When Andre also discovered an existing break in the city's main line on its easement to my property, he helped me navigate the maze of city inspectors and regulations to get that issue resolved as well (and to even get some money back from the city!). Andre's invoice was more than fair for the work performed. He finished on time, and left the place as if no one had ever been there. Overall, Andre's work was excellent, and I would strongly recommend him.
In fact, when I needed the ancient galvanized piping under my house replaced, I called him again. It was nasty work, with about a foot of headroom to work with. Andre and his crew were again awesome. Not cheap, but considering the conditions, well worth it. You get what you pay for.
