Paid over $3200 for this vanity expected a lot better quality. We took it out of the box. My contractor said he could've made it for $100 and then picked up a sink probably for a couple hundred very beautiful but what a rip off.

Huge selection of bathroom, lighting, tubs, faucets, kitchen accessories, knobs, unique fans and more. First time here and was surprised at some of the unique items and wide variety selection!

Thumbs down. Once we paid for out entire large order, there was no customer service (JN). Emails and phone calls to the salesperson (JN) who helped us went unanswered.

Bought 2 matching chandeliers for $750 Unfortunately after hanging first light electrician realized it was a refurbished reboxed light after he unpacked the 2nd new correct one. The 1st had the wrong chain, wrong hanging loop, missing carabiners They don't match. The store would not address the issue and passed it off to the distributer who offered a $20 refund """"for the inconveinance"""". The """"store stands behind the distributer"""" as opposed to the store, a high end retailer standing behind the customer. Once it was installed they don't take it back and the chain used to hang fixture #1 was purchased for an additional $32, with the incorrect chain from the package not returnable. Hanging each fixture on an 11 ft. Ceiling was over $100 each. Poor service, reboxed open box mismatched chandelier at full price. My advice: go to the store, decide on your fixture and then order on Amazon , at least they let you know it's and open box and or refurbished item. The price reflects what you purchase on Amazon

The people giving bad reviews are the ones that can't afford this stuff. This show room is absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly. There is no other place like this. We remodeled out bathrooms and did not want the cheap stuff at Home Depot or Lowes. If you want higher end product this place is for you.

Although this store has great products and selection, I'm only giving three stars because of the customer service. My and my husband just purchased a new home, completely gutted it, and we're in need of new fixtures. We walked in and we're linked with Kara. She didn't seem too eager to work with us, maybe because we had a budget? Either way, she was very cold and off-putting during our hour sit down. On top of being cold, she failed to email me an invoice (which I requested twice) and failed to notify me when parts came in. We had to order additional parts and when we came back in Kara either didn't remember our faces from a few weeks ago or just didn't care to acknowledge us. We still placed the order with her out of convenience. When our second order arrived, she decided to call me 5pm saying our facets came in today but they were about to close so I would have to wait. A call earlier in the day would have been helpful. On the other hand, Jeff in the warehouse was wonderful. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel at home when we ordered more pieces (we should have just went to him for our second order). This location could use more people like Jeff. All in all, when you are spending thousands of dollars on fixtures, you expect to be treated with kindness and respect. A smile could go a long way, Kara! :)

I absolutely LOVE this place and the showroom is beautiful! Our sales person, Eva, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I was worried we were out of our league but Eva made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She took her time and worked with us to stay within our budget without forfeiting style. Eva made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth installation of our new tub, shower and toilet. I highly recommend Hydrologic, and especially Eva!!

I have to say a great location. The showroom floor is set up nicely. I bet if I wanted to walk in there waving 100k cash MAYBE someone might help! The owner should be broke with the amount of money they lose out on. So, Amazon and a place in Dale Marbry got my money for a dining, kitchen and bathroom. I loved the product inside. Been 2x. Same Experience.

Noticed the place driving by and planned a trip there. We are looking for outside house lights. The showroom is large featuring lights sinks and plumbing accessories. Modest selection of outside light but not what we needed. Sales lady showed us some books but not really interested in helping. Directed us to browse the internet and not interested in investing time with us . It seemed we were bothering her. Will not be returning. . We found a beautiful selection of outdoor lights at Ferguson's in tampa and they have similar stock but more than this place. Ask for Abby.
