Visited the store in Pinellas Park. Asked for a simple part. Three of them got in a pissing contest about what alternative I had. Just wanted the part. Never got it, it was too important to argue rather than selling me a part.

I used a local contractor Able Builders to remodel my kitchen, and they sent me to this company for fixtures. They had exactly what I was looking for for better prices than the internet. Thanks guys, I love my new kitchen and fixtures!

Do not do business here, or have your """"Plumber"""" pick up items here. My """"plumber/Handyman"""" told me he was picking up an item here to install for me, told me he would only charge me what they charge him and gave me the receipt. After install I kept thinking this is so high, so I called and asked how much the item would be and was told $75.00 less. I was told by one manager that this was sold at the correct price, called and spoke with another manager who told me the plumber can charge anything he wants, which is correct but don't show me a fraudulent bill. Spoke back to the other manager who confirmed the invoice has been deleted from the system. They pulled a scam and when got caught my money was refunded. I asked to speak with an owner and was told he was away for a few days and would have them call me 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the call, therefore I decided it was time to let viewers know what kind of business is being run in this """"fancy"""" looking place.
