Garry is a gent and a pleasure to deal with.
My water heater had
Broken down and stopped working so i was left without hot running water!I called around a few places but Garry gave me the best estimate which seemed very fair compared to other prices.
It turned out my water heater needed to be replaced
after he looked at it he went off and got a new one and plumbed it in for me with ease.
I was a happy man with a new water heater and hot running water within 24hrs.

Wow wow wow. Couldn't be more grateful!! These guys rock!! I called up Tuesday morning when I found water all over my garage. We have a radiant heat system with multiple pumps and other boxes that I don't really understand. Garry came out and was able to diagnose the problem relating to our tankless water heater. He offered two options, a fix or a replacement. The part had to be ordered and because of thanksgiving coming up and the age of the boiler we decided to upgrade. Garry made it happen and picked up a new water heater that evening and had it installed the next day! Needless to say- they saved thanksgiving!!

We had a head scratching issue in our condo that Garry and Dennis helped fix, and we are so thankful! We have a hydronic heating system, and every time the heating was active, we would immediately lose hot water to our shower and faucets.

We've been trying to get a hydronic expert to help troubleshoot it, but I must have called over 10 places with no luck. It's so hard to find a business that specializes in hydronics! Dennis came over, ran some diagnostics, and immediately could tell what the issue was: the original installers had a pretty major screw up - the cold return was feeding back into the top of the water heater instead of the bottom. In under 2 hours, he was able to cut, redirect, and weld some pipes, which immediately fixed the issue. In our 3 years of living in this house, we didn't even realize our faucets could get that hot!

Gary can be relied upon to do a great job efficiently and well. He installed a radiant heat system for us that is working perfectly. His crew is friendly, professional, and did everything to pass city inspections and make our space warm. Five stars might not be enough.
