Garry has done 2 great jobs for us in NoPa, SF. The first was a somewhat complicated conversion of a bathroom into 2 baths. Done promptly, and years later, we have had no problems. Recently, our hot water heater was not working. Called Garry who promptly responded and within a few hours, the problem was fixed. And he is a nice guy. What more can you want? Thanks Garry

1 they helped us simplify and solve a complicated drainage problem

2 the client asked about a tankless water heater. Garry recommended the Navien. He and his crew took care of everything including pulling permits and dealing with inspectors. protip- check to see if you are eligible for green energy rebates - you might be pleasantly surprised

All the positive reviews are so well-deserved and very reflective of my personal experience with Garry. He's an incredibly capable plumber and quite frankly just an all-around wonderful human being. I recently purchased a condo with underfloor radiant heating, which had quite a bit of crowning/lifting in the kitchen. I planned on addressing it with time, as I'd only purchased the place the week before....but as luck would have it, I ended up not having hot water the moment I moved in. After calling a few plumbers who came in and literally ran away after seeing the state of the building's mechanical room, I came across his glowing Yelp reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. He was able to restore my hot water (albeit briefly, because the problem was and continued to be the sorry state of affairs in said mechanical room), in addition to nearly much being a shoulder for me to cry on. It is actually pretty difficult to find honest people to help you with home stuff, and in your hour of dire need, it can be distressing to not know if you can trust people. Never once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride with Garry. I can't recommend him enough.

So no heat, no hot water, leaving to go out of town the next day, and basically in a bind. Reach out to Garry, he calls me right back, and boiler fixed such that we come home to a warm house with hot water. Cannot recommend enough.

Garry is a gent and a pleasure to deal with.
My water heater had
Broken down and stopped working so i was left without hot running water!I called around a few places but Garry gave me the best estimate which seemed very fair compared to other prices.
It turned out my water heater needed to be replaced
after he looked at it he went off and got a new one and plumbed it in for me with ease.
I was a happy man with a new water heater and hot running water within 24hrs.

If you're looking plumbing services in the San Francisco Bay Area, look no further. It's always stressful when you have an emergent situation like this- worrying about being taken advantage of..
