We've been in this house for 2 years and my hydronic system needed an inspection so I called HydroFlow. Gary and his team were prompt, professional, fast and very helpful. Sure enough, one of the expansion tanks needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the main's pressure was far too high (90psi) so we decided to add a regulator on the indeed. At the same time Gary and his team added a whole-house Moen leak detector. The price was fair and Gary, Angel and the rest of the team did a beautiful job on the installation.

I am the vice president of our condo development that is totally hydronic. I first used Garry about a year ago when our pump went out. He attended to it immediately. Recently one of our homeowners heating system went out completely. They didn't know where to turn. I was able to give them the number for Garry and he quickly came over on a Friday night and assessed the situation. They needed a new water heater and two pumps that had gone out. Garry had the entire job fixed within two days, and they are so happy they found him.

All the positive reviews are so well-deserved and very reflective of my personal experience with Garry. He's an incredibly capable plumber and quite frankly just an all-around wonderful human being. I recently purchased a condo with underfloor radiant heating, which had quite a bit of crowning/lifting in the kitchen. I planned on addressing it with time, as I'd only purchased the place the week before....but as luck would have it, I ended up not having hot water the moment I moved in. After calling a few plumbers who came in and literally ran away after seeing the state of the building's mechanical room, I came across his glowing Yelp reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. He was able to restore my hot water (albeit briefly, because the problem was and continued to be the sorry state of affairs in said mechanical room), in addition to nearly much being a shoulder for me to cry on. It is actually pretty difficult to find honest people to help you with home stuff, and in your hour of dire need, it can be distressing to not know if you can trust people. Never once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride with Garry. I can't recommend him enough.

Garry is a gent and a pleasure to deal with.
My water heater had
Broken down and stopped working so i was left without hot running water!I called around a few places but Garry gave me the best estimate which seemed very fair compared to other prices.
It turned out my water heater needed to be replaced
after he looked at it he went off and got a new one and plumbed it in for me with ease.
I was a happy man with a new water heater and hot running water within 24hrs.
