Greg and his family have a wonderful business. They are flexible and accommodating, providing the absolute best customer service. When our well system went bad, Greg came out and provided us with an extremely cost effective fix to hold us over until we could afford a complete replacement. He presented us with a thorough quote with multiple options for replacement that would fit our budget. Hydro-Therapeutics replaced our entire water system with high quality products and completed the job within a few hours. We have been customers with Hydro-Therapeutics since 2005 and can't say enough great things about them! Several years ago we had a part on our unit malfunction due to a manufacturing defect. That didn't stop Greg from coming right over and getting us back up and running within the hour. These guys go above and beyond what I could have ever expected. We had a new well drilled and had issues with iron in our water. I decided to give Hydro a call and they were great from the first phone call all the way through the install of my system and are going to monitor my system once a year. Greg and Taylor really treat you the way a company should, and they are very informative. To my shock, Greg did not jam a system down my throat, but instead presented me with three different price options and thoroughly explained what we would be dealing with.
