I have a drain line that backed up and needed somebody to video inspect the line. Spoke with Diego, who explained in details about the different options I could pursue. He was very knowledgeable. Diego came as scheduled and did the work just he explained. I am satisfied with the work done. No issue so far.

Jon was the definition of professional, from start to finish. In what proved to be a difficult leak to diagnose, he took his time and tried everything under the sun. He ultimately discovered two issues that needed two very different solutions, one easy and one much more extensive. While repairing the major leak, he continuously looked for more potential issues to address after the space had been demo'd to avoid future issues that would involve similar disruption. He worked incredibly hard (17 hours over the course of 2 days) until the problem had been addressed and the space was put back together. He took all the time necessary to explain what the issue was, how it had been caused, provided a couple options for repair. If you want a plumber who is fair, diligent, and knows what he is doing, look no further than Hydro Rooters!

What sets these guys apart is rather than wasting your time with a visit, where you might be forced to spend more money on additional visits, Hydro Rooters will actually read your problem and look at the pictures, and point you in the right direction to get the job completed efficiently.

I had a leaking supply hose in my kitchen sink. Every other plumber had a ""desk guy"" who just wanted to schedule an appointment. Hydro Rooters were the only ones to read, and told me I needed to order a supply line first before the job. They even identified the faucet maker from the picture.

Had I gone with any other plumber, I'd have wasted money on two appointments.

Hydro Rooters will be my plumber of choice while I'm in NoVA

We had 2 sump pump battery back ups installed from hydro rooters, and they did an excellent job. We had an issue a week later, and they came out immediately to resolve the issue. They were polite and reasonably priced

If I could give Diego of Hydro Rooters 10 stars I would. We had Diego out to clear a clogged drain. From beginning to end, with booties on his feet, a tarp on the floor and a final sanitizing clean under the sink, he was meticulous! I have never had a plumber take such great care with our home. He began the procedure with a camera view of the drain and proceeded to use his equipment to snake the drain. He is so patient and took a couple of runs with the snake to make sure everything was clean. The final step was to put the camera back in and we saw a beautifully cleaned pipe. It was fascinating to watch. Thank you to fellow ""Yelpers"" for your wonderful reviews that led me to Hydro Rooters!

I was very happy with this company. Response was quick and informative. Jon explained each step of the process and made sure I saw what was being done. I only got one other estimate, and Hydro Rooters was considerably less.

Too expensive. others are charging $300, you want 10 times that. obviously you expect to charge as much as you can get. charge is no where near your actual costs plus a reasonable profit. This is the new trend companies are now doing with Yelp, Angie's List, and others. Disgusting

I called to schedule a service call in the morning to troubleshoot a plumbing issue and Diego was at my house by 1:30. Diego listed to my concerns as we tried to troubleshoot an issue where I thought there was a clog leading to odors backing up into our dishwasher (both our old dishwasher and a brand new dishwasher). He quickly ruled out a clog and worked to rule out other potential causes. He recommended replacing the old supply line that was not replaced during the installation of the new dishwasher. He did not push for using the camera scope and didn't think it was necessary. I also had Diego remove an old faucet and installed a new faucet on our pedestal sink. I would recommend Hydro Rooters Plumbing and Drain for their prompt, fair, and courteous service.

A clogged sink and non-working disposal prompted my call to Hydro Rooters. Diego answered right away and was able to head to my house in just a couple of hours, prompt service!

Diego confirmed our garbage disposal was kaput and installed a new one swiftly and efficiently. He also cleared a kitchen line gunked up with over fifteen years of grease and food waste.

Diego was very knowledgeable, explaining my options at every stage, and was also very friendly. The disposal came with a one year parts and labor warranty from Hydro Rooters just in case anything goes wrong.

I would use their service again without reservation, one of NoVA's best!
