I contacted Hydro-Rooters on a Friday to have a couple of hose bibbs replaced. I was informed that replacement would require them to cut into the drywall, but that they may be able to repair the existing hose bibbs to avoid that - so I opted for repair instead of replacement. Diego came out the following Monday. He was polite, professional, upfront about pricing, and took proper covid precautions. He clearly explained everything regarding the work to be performed, and quickly repaired my hose bibbs for much cheaper than replacement would have cost. I am very satisfied with the service.

Reached out this weekend about a clogged drain that needed to be fixed ASAP. Jon was super friendly and answered every question I had about the process.

I was able to get on the schedule today which was a huge plus. Jon arrived during the window in which he provided me and when he did arrive he was very friendly and thorough in providing quality work. These guys are great. Fixed two plumbing issues that I had in a new home. They were very fair and upfront with what it would cost.
