I called with a clogged drain in the kitchen. Diego was at my house 2 hours later. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in an hour. Left the under sink area cleaner that he found it. Great company, great plumber, good prices. My number one go to for future plumbing issues.

This review is long overdue but better late than never. In March this year we had a clog in our main drain. Hydro-Rooters were able to book a same day appointment which was on Sunday. Diego arrived during the scheduled time frame and assessed the clog for the best approach to clear it. Diego cleared the drain from the outside and was very thorough in his explanation on what needed to be done as he was working. He scoped out the drain while he was clearing the drain and he was able to show us the clog caused by tree roots. We've had this issue in the past but hired someone else who told us we needed to hire someone else if we wanted the drain scoped. When this last company cleared our drain, they had to come out the next day and clear it again. We were happy to finally have some visibility on the actual clog and see it cleared out. Due to our past experience we had concerns that our basement would be flooding due to the main drain. It's July now and we've had no overflow issues or flooding in our basement. Diego is honest and has a good work ethic. Happy we found a plumber we can trust!

I find it so overwhelming when shopping around for various home contractors. No need to shop any further - HydroRooters is top notch! Diego replaced my sump pump and also installed a battery backup sump pump. He was very friendly and knowledgable and all at a fair price. He found some other issues I may have in the future with my water heater, and answered all my questions about it without any sale tactics. He even gave me tips regarding other plumbing issues in my house. He took his time, was thorough, and cleaned up after the job. It is so great to find a home professional that I can trust. After having a laundry drain that has been slowly getting worse over the past couple of years, we finally broke down and decided to have the line hydro-jetted. We'd received several quotes, and Hydro-Rooter was by FAR the best of them. Jon arrived exactly as scheduled (Short notice, I might add--2 hours from the time I first messaged him), and worked quite hard to get the drain cleared. It took him almost 5 hours to get it done, but the drain hasn't given us a single problem since, and we were able to see the blockage and buildup in the line, and also where the line was offset by foundation settling. Jon was polite, professional, and went above and beyond in helping us. Rest assured I'll be using Hydro-Rooter for all of my plumbing needs, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

***UPDATE***

Since our initial work done by Jon, the laundry drain finally became untenable. The work required going through the concrete foundation of our home, and replacing 50-year old cast iron sewer pipe. Jon and Diego came out on a Friday night, and worked the entire weekend to get the job done. Just the work, work ethic, and price was enough to more than satisfy us, but they went above and beyond. The water backup damaged the hot water heater, and no sooner had they packed up and headed out than we found out the water heater started leaking... Jon to the rescue, AGAIN. Had the water heater replaced the same day, and again, for a very reasonable price. They even made sure that there were plenty of photos of the damage to the water heater to show the insurance company.

In short, customer service, quality of work, and value are absolutely unbeatable with Hydro-Rooter. We've used them again and again for smaller problems, and they've never failed to impress us. If you're in need of plumbers, do yourself a favor and CALL HYDRO-ROOTER NOW, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great! My husband had dumped a bucket of water in our toilet with not 1 but 2 rags in the bucket; then he flushed the toilet! Water started coming up in our new shower and spilled on to our new floor. What a mess! Called Hydro-Rooter because of great reviews.Turns out the rags were stuck about 18"" in at the main drain line connection. John came out and really used all his creativity to get the stuck rags out. He then did a video inspection of the line to make sure no other problems and cleaned up everything to perfection! Took the time to make sure the job was done right. I'll definitely use and recommend these folks again!
