Our drain in our kitchen sink was leaking at the elbow. I contacted Yelp and they sent my request to several plumbing companies.
I immediately heard from Jake O'Hara at Hydro Rooter. Jake set me up with an appointment the next morning. He and Clifford, his apprentice, arrived during their promised 2 hour window.
When they arrived, they immediately covered their shoes. I was impressed! They quoted me $79 for the call, and that covered the repair.
Jake tested the repair several times to ensure it was fixed properly. I have found a reliable plumber and I will use them in the future

I had high hopes for this company based off previous reviews but in the end I was left with a stick where the sun don't shine. Jake attempted to clear a clog that they could not take care of and still ended up charging me 100% for the service. Talk about ethics. And then to make it even shadier, he offered a discount on the service that did not work if and only if i agreed to pay $13,000 for them to replumb my one bathroom. Life lesson. Can't do anything but live on and let the people of our good community know.

I had a leaky hose outside at 11 pm at night and did not know how to shut off water, so I Jumped on Yelp and picked the first business that would reply and sure enough these guys responded immediately!! The gentleman who answered walked me thru the process on shutting off my wster till the next moring .
Following moring , my Dad had to come fix it and to my great surprise these guys called me first thing in the morning to see if I was ok and if I needed any more help!! Excellent customer service !! I will definitely come back and use them!! Thank u

Finding a plumber can be daunting. Luckily I was recommended to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing owned by Jake O 'Hara. My bathtub had leaked and I was not using it. Jake & Pedro arrived early. They were very polite & quickly resolved the problem.
