I came home to find the ceiling dripping in my dining room. The shower upstairs had sprung a leak. I did a super-quick search to find a plumber and called Hydro Plumbing. The customer service was great, and understood that I needed someone fast. Miguel showed up within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and explained each process step-by-step. He didn't do any work without my approval. Not only did he complete the job quickly, he also called a restoration company for me (because I had no clue just how much work still needed to be done). The company he recommended was also great, and I appreciated the help considering everything happened so fast and I had never dealt with home issues before. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Something is stuck in my toilet. It will clearly take about an hour to disassemble it, take the object out, replace the wax seal and then the toilet. All I was asking is their hourly rate or a cost estimate for this problem. The girl says on a Sat - to DIAGNOSE the problem its $139.00, then they'll fix it (who knows when) at she has no idea what rate. She says these plumbers do not have an hourly labor fee. They can ONLY charge by what they deem to be the necessary service & the service can ONLY be figured out once they're here. I guess no one ever had a kid put a toy or a cat put a hair clip in their toilet in LV in all the years this company has been in business or if so - each case was so drastically different that it is beyond the realm of possibility to give a ballpark figure estimate of how much it would cost to rectify this problem. Thanks for nothing. At the rate of 139 + God knows what...Its likely more cost effective to purchase an entirely new toilet from Home Depot or Lowes and pay for installation. Problem solved. Anyone wanna buy a perfectly functioning old toilet? Lol.

We woke up to water pooling on the floor in our kitchen and after clearing out the cabinet, it appeared the water was coming from the garbage disposal. We called Hydro Plumbing. The person answering the phone was friendly and set up a time a few hours later for the plumber to come out. He actually was able to come earlier and we received a phone call telling us his ETA. The plumber was Miguel, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and quick! He told us the problem, gave us a fair and quick quote and also discussed some tips on how to maintain the garbage disposal. After he replaced it, he thoroughly showed me what was done and that there were no more leaks, he also told me about the manufacturer's and his company's warranty. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing problems.
