The two men, Makay and Aric, were so kind and worked extremely efficiently. They were timely, communicative and went above and beyond. I've seen other reviews about pricing and I also thought it was a bit high, but due to requesting a same day repair, their professionalism, and willingness to try to help me the best they could, it was definitely worth it!

I did comparison shopping with other plumbing companies. I feel as though Hydro Plumbing is the best all around. There was a couple of hiccups but very minor. One was that my water was shut off and I was unable to take a shower or do anything involving water but as soon as I called they promptly came back and fixed the issue. Another was there was a little bit of a leak due to Not knowing about the drip drain. Fortunately, I went into my laundry room where the plumbing had been done and caught it just in time. Once I reported it, they came back and took care of that as well. So far so good! It's been a couple of months afterwards although my laundry room is still being worked on for other reasons and I haven't been able to use it in its full capacity.
I think Hydro Plumbing is a great company with caring employees. I think the price is fair and I do think they will take care of you if anything goes wrong. Give them a chance and see it for yourself!

Ok, so Hydro came out today

Replace angle stop at kitchen sink (hot side) that connects to your fixture - Will install new supply line to connect to new angle stop (if applicable) - Turn water on and test for any visual leaks - Not responsible for existing parts and normal wear and tear on existing components. They charged for a line and angle stop. $221.09. This is with a veterans discount. The guys that came out were extremely nice. After I called a few other plumbers after they left, I was quoted 175 to 195. Why did I have to call another plumber. Because they didn't turn on my sink, so my sprayer on my faucet is leaking like crazy. I thought they would have checked that. I did text the company and texted the guy that came out. I do believe they are overpriced, but it was the quickness of the getting to me. However, know I have to buy a new faucet because they said everything was good. But when I turned my water on my sprayer is leaking. Which I think that was the culprit all the time, yes maybe including the angle stop that was leaking but not to cause the trouble for me calling a plumber. Ugh!

Outstanding service. I left a voicemail on Saturday and the owner, Saul, called back in minuets. He scheduled a no obligation estimate time for a plumber to meet with me, plus sent text and email confirmations. Prior to the plumbers arrival received notification he was on the way.
Dustin White was the plumber who provided the service. Very respectful, courteous, clean and conscious of surroundings, plus even wore foot covers. He explained what the issue was, provided and estimate on the spot, and gave a military discount when told him that I am a veteran; which he is also. For me, that counts. Based on prior research the cost was fair.
After going for the parts required, Dustin returns, removed defective and installed new, and provided a step-by-step explanation.
When paid a receipt was in my email nearly instantly, plus the work was warrantied.
The owner was responsive, pleasant, and Dustin was first-class. I had no prior knowledge of this company. I highly recommend Hydro Plumbing and personally will reach out anytime plumbing services are necessary.

I have to revise my earlier review. In a pinch Hydro will help you but, they will charge you! I had an emergency they came out and everything was great. Now my hot water heater is going out and they are still looking to get last minute prices sorry but just and install with all parts being supplied by me shouldn't cost $1500 it shouldn't cost $900 your competitors are charging $425. It's a shame I wanted to feel I found a good honest plumber. I understand everyone needs to make money but no longer at my expense.

Hydro plumbing wasted my and their time. When I spoke with their sales rep I explained that I already augured my toilet and the clog was further down the line and would need to be snaked to clear it. I also explained I had multiple quotes between $125 and $150 to snake the line. I explicitly asked them if this was in their ball park for repair because I DID NOT want to waste either of our time. When the repair guy showed up, he was very friendly and professional, however, he quoted me $140 to auger the toilet, which I DID NOT need and $412.20 to snake and clear the line. Technician said he recommended doing both items for $552.20. This price is so far over the market value for this server that it is offensive.

Hopefully this review will save someone some time, money and frustration.

It's not easy to find professionals who exceed my expectations in every category (I'm VERY picky). Nevertheless, Aric and McKay from Hydro Plumbing have done just that. I can't compliment them enough. They were prompt, thorough, informative, kind and super efficient. They even cleaned up behind themselves afterwards.

Frank and Skyler with Hydro plumbing came out to my home and repaired a separated sewer pipe after they had to dig down 3 1/2 to 4 feet they accomplish this task in one day and everything's great again they did a super job thank you Hydro plumbing an Frank an Skyler

Our hot water heater became an issue, so we called for assistance. We had decided to replace it with a tankless system and had 4 bids for the job. Homero arrived, looked over our current placement and recommended that we move the hot water heater closer to the gas line. This meant that instead of routing gas lines across the garage, water lines would be extended in the attic to the new location. Hydro plumbing's bid wasn't the lowest nor the highest that we received, but Homero came up with the best plan. He returned and professionally installed the new Rinnai tankless system. After the installation, the Hydro Plumbing drywall professional finished the job and it looks great! The Henderson City Inspector just put his stamp of approval on the project with no changes needed. Thanks, Hydro Plumbing for your expertise and for solving our hot water problem!
