Water detection under our sink, revealed that we had a leaky faucet in our kitchen. Contacted Kel. He responded right away. He recommended finding a replacement faucet that we like, suggesting that we stick with Moen or Kohler, if possible. We found a great Kohler faucet on sale at Costco. Kel came the next day, and although he blocked a two hour window, he was in and out in about an hour. He left no mess, even took away the old facuet for disposal. Thanks Kel for a job well done.
