Great service from Clayton and Chad at Hydro Physics. We needed a sewer scope during the homebuying process and got referred by another company that didn't have anyone available; Clayton got us an appointment for exactly the weekend we needed, and Chad did the scoping quickly, sending us the video the same day. He was friendly and professional and answered all our questions about what the results meant. The price was reasonable too. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone else.

We used Chad to inspect the sewer for the house we were in the process of buying. He said the pipes were some of the worst he had ever seen and he recommended all the pipes inside the home and the Orangeburg outside the home be replaced. He gave us a video and a detailed write up. After the seller's agent caught wind, her husband contacted the owner, Clayton, and had him redact what Chad had described. 2 days after closing, we had another sewer scope from a private party and the sewer was backed up. He said the exact same thing Chad said about the severity of the damaged pipes. Do not trust the owner of this company. He does favors for realtors that take advantage of home buyers. You've been warned!

I had the good fortune of finding Clayton's company after a lot of research and a bad experience with a south end plumber/sewer scope company. I found Hydro Physics to be very quick in response time. Great appointment setting experience over the phone.

Inspector was on time, very pleasant and very knowledgeable throughout the appointment.
Equipment was very well maintained and clean. Video scope was received in a timely manner as well as an attached written report.

I have done too many sewer inspections with client's to count as a Real Estate agent. I have to say by far, this is my best experience to date. Completely unbiased account of condition. I will definitely use them again.
