Hydro Physics is dedicated to diagnosing the status and recognizing problems in buried or obscured pipe systems. By detecting issues swiftly and early, rather than relying on the traditional ""guess and dig"" approach, we help our clients save significantly. With Hydro Physics, locating issues is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

First, we deploy our high-resolution color camera system into the pipe. As we advance the camera, we monitor the pipe's condition in ""real time"" on our video display. Every detail is captured on VCD or VHS at the time of inspection for your convenience.

Following that, we assess the problem. In this instance, we detect a fractured section of pipe located 46.7 feet from the entry point where the camera was inserted. We capture video footage from the entry point throughout the entire length of the pipe.

After determining the problem, we locate its position above ground. Since pipes seldom run in a straight line and often have grade variations, we utilize a location ""transponder."" The transponder sends a signal from the camera, enabling us to track its position from above and accurately identify where repairs are needed. It also reveals how deep the pipe is located. This crucial information assists you in obtaining precise estimates for the required repairs.
