Josh is amazing. Our toilet wasn't flushing and a bunch of debris backed up through a pipe into our shower. Josh came out as soon as he could. He arrived on time and he was very good at diagnosing the problem. Josh explained to my husband what was wrong and he then flushed every thing that was in our pipes. Thanks to Josh we now have a shower and a toilet that works. We are so grateful that Mike The Plumber recommended him to us. I would definitely recommend Hydro-Man to fix any problem you are having with your pipes.

Josh and Sam showed up on time, were very careful with setting up their equipment. We had a really bad idsyeith a blocked pipe involving our kitchen sink. Other plumbers who had come out previously wanted to bust up our floor and replace pipes without really trying other methods first. He was able to clear the pipe and any mess that came from the process was meticulously cleared up. We are quite pleased!!

Saved me thousands of dollars. Josh came out and was able to clear my downspouts lines and sump pump lines of all of the debris and roots that had built up over the years. One in particular was causing my window well to become like a fish tank and start pouring into my basement. Even caused the window to shatter due to some much water pressure. One on the waterproofing basement companies wanted to replace everything for about $11k most expensive to $4K cheapest route. Hydro-man not only cleared that one out, so it worked but did the entire house for under a $1K. Don't hesitate in talking with them first or after you get a quote from another companies, sometimes it just a matter of getting what you have clean out and working again.

You can tell right away how knowledgeable and experienced Josh is with sewer systems. He's a troubleshooter and quick on his feet when it comes to addressing issues with a lot of unknowns. We have a backed up sewer line, and the pipes are located within a concrete slab behind the foundation wall, so accessing these pipes is a challenge. He was familiar with our village's assistance programs, which he shared with us. He was extremely responsive and professional as well.
