VERY BAD New in business and it shows. No respect for time at ALL and rude about it. Was supposed to replace a corroded coupling on my water heater and not only DID NOT DO IT but left the equipment door wide open and parts on the ground for my dogs to get into. WAY over-priced for the hydro-jetting and the sink still drains slow! Absolutely do not recommend and would not use again. $1,214.00 down the (slow) drain for nothing.

It was evening, and my toilet was constantly running. I asked if they could come out that night, and they had a plumber just a few minutes away. After half an hour and a new flapper valve, the job was done. No fuss, no muss, and no upsale. These guys are legit.

Bryan came out for emergency and super awesome guy and one of the best services I have seen at this late hour. He walked over everything from outside and inside and even explaining things that didn't pertain to the issue just to provide me extra knowledge. And it's 2:00 am. Super awesome and couldn't recommend Bryan and his company more. Keep up the work. Hopefully we don't call too often.

They responded promptly when we had a toilet that kept overflowing while house guests were staying with us. He quickly made sure there wasn't a solid blockage and everything is working just fine. Pricing was fair and Bryan was nothing but polite. The auger did leave minor scratches in the bottom though, which I'll have to buff out, but I would recommend them.

I was in need a a plumber due to a leak and Hydro-Jetting Pros was very responsive and able to get a plumber to me that same day. Bryan came at the scheduled time and was able to get to the bottom of my plumbing issues. Bryan cleaned the old pipes and replaced it all with new plumbing. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Garbage disposal unit stopped working & water heater tank needed flushing. I availed of this company's service; they were the first to respond to my inquiry and gave a quote which wasn't that bad or expensive. Came on time as stated. A bit surprised because a very young lad by the name of Bryan came, too good looking to be a technician (can be a part time model)
He went to check our garbage disposal & quickly knew what was wrong. Quick fix and gave me good, practical tips on how to maintain it. Next, the water heater. He said if it's full of sediments & needs replacing, he'll give me a quote. Thank goodness there wasn't much. If you're a senior 55 & over, they will give you a discount which is also a perk!
