Beware of bait and switch. Price quoted online was very reasonable. The tech walked in and, without even assessing the problem (which was plainly explained in detail for getting the quote), more than tripled the price if I wanted the job done right. When asked to do the job for the quoted price, he worked about five minutes, using a rinky-dink tool, and left. When informed shortly thereafter the problem hadn't been fixed, he was antagonistic and rude and refused to come back without an additional fee. Terrible, unsatisfactory experience. Zero stars would be more fair. (BTW, just had another plumber fix the issue at close to the original price quote for 45 minutes of work with the appropriate, professional tool.)

Absolute rip off artists! I sent a request in to have leak detection done from meter box to PRV in garage to find my main leak. (I had already diagnosed a main leak on my own). They sent a salesman out and all he did was verify the exact same area of potential leak and then hit me with cost for replacemen. $49.99 charge when I have a list of 10 other companies that we're willing to come out for free and do the same. Hydrojet pros made it seem like they were going to pinpoint the leak. Don't use them

Hydro-Jetting Pros sent out a tech within just a few days of my request, and unlike so many other home maintenance companies, he actually arrived on time when he said he would! He flushed out my water heater and replaced the sacrificial anode within just 30 minutes, and at a very good price. I will use them again in the future

Bryan was great! I got a quick response on my Yelp project. They came the next day and were flexible with timing. Very nice and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Clogged toilet repair for under $50. No complaints here! I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I requested a quote through yelp and this company is the only one who gave me a flat rate. Very reasonable quote. Bryan diagnosed that we need to change the garbage disposal and we went on and get it fixed the next day. He was on time and we got an absolute great value on the repair. Overall great experience.

Beware! Not recommended at all. You have lots of choices. Don't make my mistake. I will never use these guys again. These guys are dishonest but try to tell you that they were fully transparent to make their case. That's not the case I was charged $619, but I only authorized the $525 toilet replacement service after it was determined the toys my three y.o. threw into the toilet weren't coming out. The $525 service gets you a $180 toilet (retail) you can buy at Home Depot, which they install in an hour. So let's say their contractor price is $125. They make $400 for less than 2 hours of work at most in total. Most plumbers in Vegas are around $100 per hour. I was okay with overpaying for the toilet replacement service even though I was in no rush to fix it (it was clogged two weeks ago). But had I known that the $249 initial charge to remove and inspect the toilet was still included in my final price, I would have paid these guys all day long for them to go away and would not have used them for the toilet replacement. The new toilet was also 2 inches lower to the ground than my original, even though they said the replacement would be at a height like my original (I live in a 4 y.o. house). So, all I asked for was a refund of $94 (the discounted amount I paid over the $525), and I did not ask them to replace the toilet with one of the same height as my original. But after speaking to Bryan, it was clear he is not honest and he refused to do so. All for $94. Hydro-Jetting Pros will never get my business again. I recommend anyone reading this do the same and look somewhere else.
