This company has terrible customer service practices. I called to gather information on pricing and availability on behalf of my landlord. My landlord in return called to place emergency service at 6:30 PM with an ETA of 1 hour. Approximately 2 hours later when the tech failed to show I called the company and she stated she would contact the o/c (in the meantime) my landlord had also called for an update. At that time he was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner. After that she contacted me and stated a tech would be at my residence within 15 min. 4 hours later and we are still WAITING. I personally would no reccomend this company to ANY PAYING CUSTOMER. Normally I dont write reviews or bash companies, but this situation is definitely worthy of one. If you are considering using this company......DON'T BOTHER.

hydro jackhammered my basement floor to repair a broken pipe. The mess they left me with was and is unacceptable. I have reached out to the owners 5 or 6 times to have them come see the mess left by their crew.No one has deemed it necessary to call me.I was a repeat customer but will no longer use them as my plumber!Youngstown,Oh not Ca.

This is not a honest business! There technician DAVE came to my house said the sewer line would have to be Hydroflowed at $435.00 even after he snaked it for a ""hundred feet"" I called Economy drain service they came out the next day ran eighty feet of snake and cleared the line.

Refused to fix what they broke. I had to hire Roto-Rooter to repair the damage Hydro-flow caused because the owners refused to return my calls and fix the wreck their plumbers caused.

Excellent! Same day service at the most reasonable price around AND excellent, friendly, timely service. Fixed problem, cleaned up mess, went above and beyond what I expected. Found my new plumber. Done and done.

Had a great experience with Chris Graham and Spiro. They came out during a horrible storm to come rescue my pipes and they very professional, reassuring and in the end solved my issue which is most important. The icing on the cake was the one year guarantee and I am definitely calling again as I have a huge root problem as well as an an old home. I have used Roto Rooter in the past as was disappointed so I'm very happy to find someone that can be trusted.
