Knowledgeable, professional, exceptional customer service, and most importantly honest. Now a days you get tradesmen who try to up sell you, not Eddie, he accessed the problem and told me what I could do, he even offered a DYI solution that would have worked.

I chose to hydrojet my drain which addressed the slow draining shower and also cleaned up the grease built up from my kitchen drain. At the end Eddie ran the camera again which was a way for me to see the before and after. Great quality work and a good value. Highly recommend Eddie and his company.

These guys are awesome! Eddie went above and beyond to come to our house the 4th of July. He was friendly, quick and reasonable on price. He knocked out our clogged drain in 5 min when we used a big company that failed completely the night before. He even turned down extra cash for coming out on a holiday. These guys are awesome. I contacted them to fix a drainage issue in my backyard caused by the hillside coming down during the recent rain storms. They were very responsive and even scheduled us in the following day. After working for 40 minutes trying to understand why it was not draining, he figured out there was a drain pipe with roots growing into it. He left and said to call him once we had it repaired, no charge. Of course once my landscaper replaced the pipe, I called them back. He came out the within 2 hours AGAIN which was amazing! Hands down these guys are all about customer service. Their equipment is top notch and their professionalism is superb. If there were 6 Stars, they would get them! Oh and did I mention that they're very reasonable.

I just had my 2 drains cleaned out by Eddie. I called him yesterday and as promised he was here the next day. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had received quotes ranging from from $600 to $1200 for the same job Eddie did for us. He had both of our drains cleaned in under 2 hours for $299. So glad we found this company. We will be recommending him to our friend for all of their plumbing needs.

I want to start off by saying that Eddie really restored my faith in humanity/plumbers.

Our kitchen sink had a slow drain that we got snaked from bigger named company but rather than fix the problem they made it worse to a point where we had standing water and they were trying to scam us for $700 more than we paid for hydrojetting but we refused to do any business with the other company and that's when we found Hyro Brothers.

So initially we called Hydro Brothers for hydrojetting because we were told from the other company that that's the only way to fix it. So he gave us a quote and he came out. He first drained our sink and he sent down a camera to take a look then told us he might be able to get it with the snaking option (which is much cheaper) and if he can't then he would hydrojet it like he came out to do. Long story short he ended up getting the clog with the snake that the other company swore they could only fix the problem with hydrojetting.

If you are looking for plumbers who is great at what they do and are honest, good people then I highly recommend Hydro Brothers.

Top notch equipment that they obviously take good care of it.

Never felt any pressure to do anything, had a large hole in my sewer line that was repaired with a blown in liner.

Eddie and Hydro Brothers should be your first call when needing drain cleaning. I wasted money for a few years on just snaking out my kitchen clog when I wish I would have known to call Hydro Brothers and get it handled the best way the first time. The amount I spent on snaking was close to what I spent through Eddie for a hydro jet that cleared out 20-30 years of grease and left the water crystal clear when he was all done. Eddie is the best price I could find for this service, and after the service I got, my first call will be Hydro Brothers from here on out for any drain clearing or plumbing needs. Thanks again!
