We had a sewer main backup that would occur every two years or so. The backup always happened because of tree roots and a very old pipe. It had been suggested by various plumbers that we line our main. The price was a sticker shock to say the least. We put it off as long as possible! In 2023, we finally decided to spend the money, I got three quotes. Hydrobrothers' price was competitive and I loved their service, attitude, and flexibility. They were quick, responsive, and professional.

This year (2024) we remodeled our bathroom and our new low flow toilet kept clogging. Hydrobrothers were the ones to call! They rearranged their schedule, came to my house and had the problem solved in minutes. It turns out a child had flushed a wad of paper towels down the toilet, it wasn't the toilets fault!

Moving forward Hydrobrothers will be the only plumber we call.

Eddie and his team are amazing! They were able to get to my home extremely fast (same day, when I notified them after hours!) to fix our emergency. The technology that they used to fix our pipe issues was something I didn't know existed. We will use Hydro Brothers for all of our (hopefully very few) plumbing needs in the future!

Eddie from Hydro brothers jetter and drains came out and started a project same day. He quoted me half of what other companies were quoting for a pipe burst new sewer lateral. I was traveling when he started the project so he provided photo and video updates of the work being completed. He also cleaned our drain pipes in kitchen and bathrooms at no additional charge. He guarantees his work for 10+ for workmanship and 25 year for materials. So his quality is definitely up there to provide that type of warranty. He also ran cameras down the bathroom drains in our kitchen and bathroom and spotted some roots and a leak in hallway so recommended to re line our drains as well for an excellent price. Highly recommend based on price and workmanship 10/10

Just had a great experience with Eddie! He helped me determine where a slow leak was occurring on my property. Eddie was super easy to work with and very professional. He was very accommodative and showed up on time for our appointment. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and saved me on unnecessary expenses that I thought I was going to need to fix our issue. I am a real estate broker and have worked with plenty of plumbing specialists over the years. I've also compared Eddie's prices to other vendors and believe him to be a great bargain for hydrojetting and other plumbing services. Here's what happened why I'm rating them excellent:
1. Problem: the usual kitchen drain line grease build up clogging the sink
2. Another rooter company had a promo for $49 to fix this problem. He came used a 35ft power snake. But then, ""sorry, it's like a jello build up and the snake cannot unclog it. But, we have a hydro jet machine on a different truck for $1150"". I said ""no way I'm spending that"". ""Ok I have a smaller one right now for $750"". Obviously I said ""No, thank you"". And I just wasted $49.
3. I went back on the internet and searched hydro jet service. Out of the 6 who replied, Hydro Brothers said $299 flat rate. While the others, kept asking for more info after I've explained the simple problem.
4. I didn't want to waste anymore time and hired Hydro Brothers.
5. They came today with a commercial grade hydro jet towed by a truck. I knew these guys don't fool around. Hydro jetted the line and showed me thru a camera how clean the pipe is now.
6. Simple, no BS. Kudos to Eduardo...nice guy too.

Project was to correct drain clog in back yard main line of 100 year old duplex in Pomona, install ABS 4"" clean out, hydrojet, camera, for $1,2k.

Positives - work quality seemed ok, I observed.

Negative 1. Scare tactics, repeated dire warnings of Orangeburg material, then roots, then age, unresponsive to requests for flashlight to see pipe condition in tunnel.
Negative 2. Plumber told my tenant, ""I would move out if I were you, bro"", when I didn't agree to $2.7k to replace additional 16' of cast iron main.
Negative 3. Plumber told my tenant ~""... low water usage toilets are unreliable"" when I said we would replace their toilet in the next few days to conserve water.
Negative 4. Expressed doubt that the female tenants tampons & wipes retrieved by prior plumber created problem, shown photos, still skeptical. Took clogged pipe turn with him preventing subsequent inspection for cause.
Negative 5. No plumbers license, no workmans comp, yet has an LLC to protect himself.
Negative 6. Misdiagnosed problem, due to inability or desire for more work. Leaky garden faucet, ~""... problem under building"", in reality a trivial solution of adding a cap to an ancient gate valve.

If the impressionable tenant leaves because of the plumbers statements it will cost me $8k - $4k in lost rent, $2k to remodel, $2k in my time.
