I had a problem drain for more than 30 years, requiring rotor-rooting every 1-2 years. After a 2/3 house remodel with all new plumbing, I thought I was in the clear--boy, was I wrong! I still needed routing service, but eventually, it stopped working. In fact, rotor-rooting just made things worse, so I switched to hydro-jetting.

I did my first hydro-jet about a year ago, and it worked great, but I needed it again last week. That's when I found ""Hydro Brothers."" They offered the best price and fast service. They cleared the drain and took a video of everything, showing I had 12 feet of rusted / collapsed iron pipe under my slab and 30 feet of clay issues leading to the main city sewer under a large tree.

No one likes to pay for repairs, but after researching on Yelp (where they had great reviews) and comparing average costs, I found their pricing was on the lower end. It made sense, given the work they were doing: replacing 12 feet of 4-inch Perma liner under my slab and another 30 feet of new SDR 17 4-inch poly pipe across my front yard under a tree. They were able to dig two deep holes in my lawn and give me a permanent repair, plus install a new clean-out just in case.

My experience with them was excellent (and they did a great job cleaning things up). They even came back to fix a sprinkler that broke during the dirt compaction. I highly recommend Hydro Brothers for their top-notch service and fair pricing!

I strongly recommend you go with Hydro Brothers Jetter and Drains. Eddie is a stand up honest plummer. We are in the process of buying our first home and contracted Eddie to come and inspect the house plumbing and sewer. Eddie found a HUGE issue with the sewer. If it wasn't for his experience and expertise we would have closed on a house without a functioning sewer. Thank God we hired him to inspect the plumbing because it has been a battle to get the sellers to repair it. Eddie is an honest person and my family and I look forward to keep doing business with him and his company. He saved my family from thousands of dollars in repairs!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Hydro brothers. Our backyard drains have been a problem for the past several years. These last two rainy season caused them to backup and flood certain areas in my yard. I hadn't had them cleared in years. The technician named Pablo explained what he was going to do and the potential problems. He cleared all drains and pulled out several root balls which were a big part of the problem. The drains now flow nicely. I should also mention their price for the work is very reasonable.

We had a sewer main backup that would occur every two years or so. The backup always happened because of tree roots and a very old pipe. It had been suggested by various plumbers that we line our main. The price was a sticker shock to say the least. We put it off as long as possible! In 2023, we finally decided to spend the money, I got three quotes. Hydrobrothers' price was competitive and I loved their service, attitude, and flexibility. They were quick, responsive, and professional.

This year (2024) we remodeled our bathroom and our new low flow toilet kept clogging. Hydrobrothers were the ones to call! They rearranged their schedule, came to my house and had the problem solved in minutes. It turns out a child had flushed a wad of paper towels down the toilet, it wasn't the toilets fault!

Moving forward Hydrobrothers will be the only plumber we call.

Eddie and his team are amazing! They were able to get to my home extremely fast (same day, when I notified them after hours!) to fix our emergency. The technology that they used to fix our pipe issues was something I didn't know existed. We will use Hydro Brothers for all of our (hopefully very few) plumbing needs in the future!

Eddie from Hydro brothers jetter and drains came out and started a project same day. He quoted me half of what other companies were quoting for a pipe burst new sewer lateral. I was traveling when he started the project so he provided photo and video updates of the work being completed. He also cleaned our drain pipes in kitchen and bathrooms at no additional charge. He guarantees his work for 10+ for workmanship and 25 year for materials. So his quality is definitely up there to provide that type of warranty. He also ran cameras down the bathroom drains in our kitchen and bathroom and spotted some roots and a leak in hallway so recommended to re line our drains as well for an excellent price. Highly recommend based on price and workmanship 10/10

Just had a great experience with Eddie! He helped me determine where a slow leak was occurring on my property. Eddie was super easy to work with and very professional. He was very accommodative and showed up on time for our appointment. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and saved me on unnecessary expenses that I thought I was going to need to fix our issue. Here's what happened why I'm rating them excellent:
1. Problem: the usual kitchen drain line grease build up clogging the sink
2. Another rooter company had a promo for $49 to fix this problem. He came used a 35ft power snake. But then, ""sorry, it's like a jello build up and the snake cannot unclog it. But, we have a hydro jet machine on a different truck for $1150"". I said ""no way I'm spending that"". ""Ok I have a smaller one right now for $750"". Obviously I said ""No, thank you"". And I just wasted $49.
3. I went back on the internet and searched hydro jet service. Out of the 6 who replied, Hydro Brothers said $299 flat rate. While the others, kept asking for more info after I've explained the simple problem.
4. I didn't want to waste anymore time and hired Hydro Brothers.
5. They came today with a commercial grade hydro jet towed by a truck. I knew these guys don't fool around. Hydro jetted the line and showed me thru a camera how clean the pipe is now.
6. Simple, no BS. Kudos to Eduardo...nice guy too.

To me this is how it should be done!
