Pablo came within the timeframe given but after that it was all downhill. He said that it was an old faucet, UNDERSTOOD, and that he would have his guy try to find one. He was going to call me back within 5 minutes. Well, about an hour later I called him and he did not have any news for me.

Looking online, I put the patent number in of the faucet and found the cylinder Pablo said was needed. I just called and was given excuses. I will go onto the next plumber that I saw a good review for on Yelp.

Very dissapointing and 2 days wasted waiting for my leaky faucet to get fixed.

Thank you to Eddie and his team for saving the day with what could have been a nightmare situation. We had the signs of a slab leak in our home and our friends referred us to Eddie, who was quick to respond to evaluate the situation. He explained everything clearly and gave the pros and cons of each of our options. We chose to repipe due to the nature of the source of the leak and age of the home. He worked with us on the pricing so that it did not break the bank.
The Hydro Brothers crew was onsite in full force and had our house completely up and running within a day's worth of work. All of his workers were very respectful of the home and and very friendly.
I will 100% use Hydro Brothers again if I have any other plumbing issues and I recommend you do to.

I called him about 3 pm to fix clogged the line, he gave me window 11 am to 12 pm next day he showed up next day exactly time11am , he did hydrojet and camera , all line was clear. He gave me fair price. He is very friendly and courteous and no left mess excellent customer service. Please know that he is awesome.

Our storm drain appears to be clogged and our side yard was pooling after some heavy rain a few months ago. Finally decided to get someone to come out and take a look. Eddie was able to come out 2 days after I called him and explained we may or may not be able to get it cleared due to palm trees in the area. Luckily he was able to get all the roots and dirt out and cleared the storm drain. Never knew this part of home ownership but looks like I will be calling Eddie every 1-2 years for the good work he did. Highly recommend!

I'm usually a bit skeptical when I see all 5 star reviews. But I put this aside and called Hydro Brothers! As you can see here, I too am giving 5 stars. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them ... from the initial call to the end result. I had a clogged drain, made the appointment, received next day service (I called after 5:00 to schedule) and my clog was gone in less than 1 hour. They are fun, professional and great. Highly recommend their service. Thank you!!!

Knowledgeable, professional, exceptional customer service, and most importantly honest. Now a days you get tradesmen who try to up sell you, not Eddie, he accessed the problem and told me what I could do, he even offered a DYI solution that would have worked.

I chose to hydrojet my drain which addressed the slow draining shower and also cleaned up the grease built up from my kitchen drain. At the end Eddie ran the camera again which was a way for me to see the before and after. Great quality work and a good value. Highly recommend Eddie and his company.

We had been holding off on replacing three bathroom sink faucets in our home for months. Considered doing it ourselves, but knew we needed a professional to come out to make sure it was done right.
