Spoke to hunter who was very helpful I told him I wanted to try a different backflow company because for some reason our tests kept failing and so he set everything up their engineer worked his magic and now they're my go to backflow company. Saved us a huge headache!

Simply put, we needed to have our backflow tested (to please our City) I called around and sent out quote requests via Yelp. Hydro and another company came back with the same low rate. First company responded by text with one word answers, and did not seem too interested in gaining a new customer.

I called Hydro and Alex answered with great enthusiasm. He informed me the earliest time for an apt. would be the following week, which I was fine with. Then he surprised me with being able to do it the following day. Then, an emergency came up on their part and they had to postpone one day, but the communication was always there. And since we didn't technically have to be home, the scheduling was flexible.

In short, testing was done in a timely manner, no fuss, no headaches. If you're a homeowner and receive a letter from the City, call Hydro. They're quick and have competitive rates.

I didn't know what a backflow was until I received a paper from my water company saying it was required. I wasn't too happy about it but after asking the Hydro guy a million questions he nicely answered them all and explained how it worked, that it was there to protect our drinking water and that it's required by the state. After, I had no problem having it done. He made it understandable, easy and fast. They were professional and offered a great price. Would highly recommended!
