Kim H.There customer service is absolutely horrible! My tenant contacted me about no water so I called them around 8;45 am and they gave me a time frame of 10:15-11:15. Since this is the first time using them I called at 10:45 am. They told me he should be there in 15 minutes. Well at 11:15 I called and notified them and it was at that time I was informed the guy was running late and the new time was 11:30-12:30 and now the card machine is down and I need to pay with check, Venmo. I was extremely annoyed and stated they were not professional because I'm true one who called iOS read of them calling. Then I said Wanted to ensure this was a guaranteed time of course they said yes. Well 12:52 my tenant said me one is there so my husband called and then I. This time the guy is in route, so much traffic and they are 30 minutes away. At this time I'm livid because here we are again not relaying information, which is what's expected. So now the guy is there and of course there is more work that needs to be done. I'm okay with that because what choice do I have they have literally made this an all day disaster. Oh but when he finished they called and first the card machine as up then it was down. Then they had the nerve to tell me at this time I agreed on this. I let the woman have it and stared you have no idea what customer service is. DO NOT USE THEM! PISS POOR SERVICE! B
