My water heater went out. I got 4-5 quotes and Phil's was the lowest and seemed quite trustworthy. Phil responded with a very personable phone call, seemed pleasant and eager to do the small job quickly, had some good small job reviews on Yelp, and volunteered to pick up the water heater for me at Lowe's for no extra charge. No nickel and diming me. He was always timely, responsible, and had a very winning, hard working personality. His work was excellent and he even successfully fixed an unexpected plumbing fiasco where my husband had tried a ""do-it-yourself"" heater replacement years ago. No upselling. He definitely did quality work for a very good price replacing my water heater.

This was honestly one of the worst jobs I've ever seen done. Really upsetting experience. Was constantly back and forth waiting for a phone call, the job was supposed to take a week but ended up taking over a month. Very unsatisfied with his tiling job in the bathroom - literally falling apart and I have to get it re-done this year because of how bad a job was done.

I had Phil come out to do another job for me. I had a positive first experience and did not hesitate to call him for more plumbing needs. He is very diligent, took care of the issue and charged me a fair price.

Phil is easy to work with. He shows up on time and is willing to accommodate my schedule. He stays until the job is done. His prices are reasonable and he does not charge me for more than what is needed.

There are a lot of plumbing services out there. Over the years, I have had some of the larger companies come out and try to sell me services that I did not need. I would not hesitate to refer Phil to a friend or neighbor that has plumbing needs.

Phil is amazing!! I had a plumbing emergency my house was flooded after a water leak and he stepped up! After a full day of hard work he still showed up and made sure we were able to have water for the night and assessed the issues. He showed up promptly to fix everything at the scheduled time the next day!!! He is honest and trustworthy and works quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a licensed and bonded plumber!!

Needed a main valve change and a regulator installed and was getting some ridiculously high quotes along with people wanting to charge to even come out. Reached out to Phil, and he came out on a Sunday to examine the problem and was super fair in his pricing coming in about 33% less than the cheapest quote I had received.

Phil came back Monday and got to work and fixed the problem and then worked on a leak in the back I had asked him to work on. We thought the solution was fixed, but a puddle of water did build back later in the day. When I let him know, he came out the next day to tackle the problem and hopefully we got it resolved.

Unfortunately there was another problem unrelated to what we had fixed but he came out again and went ahead and helped to fix it so now no issues at all.

Phil, was super personable and approachable and even provided me tips and tricks to use in the future for smaller things I can do myself. Would definitely recommend him if anything is needed as he takes care of you as if he was getting the work done for himself. Would also use him again in the future if anything is needed.
