After contracting with owner Brandon Donahue to completely redo our master bathroom and then they abandoned the project with no explanation.They came in and demolished our entire bathroom, left and then had a sub-contractor who did finish tiling the shower. Nothing else was installed. They just stopped coming one week with hardly communicated, finally got a text saying they were sick and couldn't work. This went on for 3 weeks with no communication. He would not answer my calls or texts. I had to find some other group. All in all, I would not trust these brothers. They lie and tell you what you want to hear, then nothing! Thankfully, I had only paid for 1/2 the total for the bathroom project. I just can't understand how you could do this, and if you didn't want to finish the project, why not admit it and let the person find someone else! We wasted 3 weeks, dragging it out for almost 4 months. Brandon is very likable and seems to know the plumbing business well. All the times he was present, it was good, go figure???
