Steve is the nicest man.
He worked for us previously and we were very pleased by his excellent service.
This time our water heater failed and although he normally doesn't not work weekends he made time to help us. Replaced the water heater efficiently making sure we had hot water.

Our water heater went out on Wednesday evening and within 24 hours we had a new tankless water heater replacement.

I hired Hybrid to replace my water heater. They did an excellent job. They were responsive and very easy to work with.
Later I hired them to relocate the water heater and make other changes needed to accommodate a heat pump in my older house. Again, they were quick to respond and did an excellent job. Steve Hammett, the owner, had good suggestions on how to solve several problems that came up during the job. They also recommended Matt Giles to do the construction work involved with this change. Matt was equally responsive and did an excellent job as well. They worked well together to come up with the best solution.

Fast, friendly, and affordable! When my kitchen sink started backing up, I went back to a company that had done great work for me before.

Steve contacted me within minutes of my Yelp online request and replied promptly to all of my questions. Wayne came out to my house the next morning, listened to my explanation, and promptly diagnosed the problem. He talked me through the whole process of snaking my drain and educated me about my home's sewage piping network along the way. Inside the house, he figured out how to fix my undersink p-trap assembly. My problem was solved in less time than I expected and at a great price.
