Amazingly easy experience. This was our first time needing a plumber and hybrid plumbing was there within a couple hours of calling. Everyone else was way overpriced to unclog a shower drain!! Great customer service I will use them every time!

I was referred to Hybrid thru my mom, which she is very reliable on her referrals & she was right..they are awesome. I had and issue with the downstairs toilet leaking and Steve knew right away what the problem was. He was very prompt on coming out and gave me a quote over the phone and what I paid was exactly what I was quoted which was very refreshing for services. They are very honest, upfront, reasonable, professional and communicate what the process is and throughout the service call they keep you informed. I called Hybrid Plumbing today for a clogged shower that also had a leaking faucet. I left a message and Steve called me back very quickly. He was very courteous and said he would make time later that afternoon at the end of his day to stop by and check out my problems. When they arrived they put my mind at ease that they would be able to fix the issues. The clog was an easy fix for them, but Steve was more concerned about the leak. He stated he could possibly fix it in a less expensive manner than reinstalling a kit that would be more than $200. I gave him the go ahead to try and it worked!!! Thank you so much for your honesty and taking a single mothers budget into consideration. It is greatly appreciated! I will be referring family and friends to call Steve without hesitation.

My sink was clogged on both sides, with Drano water sitting in there ... After doing several things I read on the Web to unclog my kitchen sink, I called Hybrid Plumbing. Despite having a day off with his family, Steve answered and dispatched Nick to my rescue within 1.5 hours of my desperate call. Nick was courteous, right on time, professional -- and I paid exactly what Steve quoted over the phone. I will call Hybrid again and will recommend them to my friends. (If I tried to do more I probably would've been covered in Drano water because I don't have the tools, experience or common sense to get it done.) But Hybrid... they've got it!
