Had a wonderful experience with this company! A loved once recently passed away and I needed help finding their well, so I called Hyatt's because they had done work there recently. They were very friendly, super helpful, and saved me a ton of extra time & work!! Big thank you to Hyatt's and I highly recommend them.

I've had nothing but a great experience with this company. I am new to well water and Madeline and her team were responsive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They took the time to explain what I needed. I will continue to use them to service my well to make sure the water quality is top notch. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would have. The customer service from Madeline was atrocious. I called on a Sunday as I had no water all weekend, Madeline stated they could come out in the afternoon, after waiting all day I was told they would not be able to come out until Monday at 8am. After waiting hours after 8am (10:30) on monday I called and was told that they should be here soon. An hour later I received a call from Joe (Madeline's son) stating he couldn't get his truck started and he wouldn't arrive for another hour. When he finally showed up reeking of alcohol he replaced our power box and a pipe to our well tank and told us we needed a 60 gallon tank and it would be $2,400 after paying $375 for the pwer box. He stated he would be out on tuesday which was the following day. We then received a call on tuesday stating they would be out Wednesday but couldn't give us a time.Wednesday I had to drive my son to school and received a call that they were at my house I told them I dropped my son off at school and would be there in 2 minutes. When I arrived at home I saw Joe pulling out of my driveway, I flagged him down as I pulled in and he just drove off. I called Madeline and her demeanor was outrageously. I quote"" well you both had to drive your son to school, oh well maybe we can come out in the afternoon but it probably won't be finished today. I know the house you bought. This is what happens when u buy a flip house, you should have been more careful."" I was appalled by this comment and then she proceeded to say ""no deed goes unpunished I try to help you by coming out on a sunday."" As it turns out Joe(her son ) lied to her and said he came on sunday. I have never been spoken to like this as a customer. I was hesitant to work with them after the appearance of Joe on monday from what my husband told me but continued with them thinking our water situation would be fixed by Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and would not have been fixed until Thursday if I stayed with them. To be honest I can not comprehend how these people are still in business. Save yourself the major headach and disrespect and find someone else!

we hired the father to put in a new pump 6 years ago. i am so disappointed to find out my pump is now failing. charles hyatt said he could not get my old pump out so he put the new one next to it . who does that ? he also tore up my walkway. i had to have that fixed. he also had dirty water in my house for days. i had to call him back to take care of that. when we called recently they said they would get back they never even returned my call . i heard his sons are worse. we are seniors on a fixed income. now we have to deal with this problem ? find another company. this is how social media shines. telling people the truth

Run, don't walk from these people. I am 68 and I have used Hyatt's for 40 years for all my water and pump services, but sadly Charlie the owner died and the business is now poorly run and unscrupulous. My pump well pump needed to be replaced in Feb. Joe quoted me a price over the phone for everything including all new wire. As it turned out I had superior existing wire (Charlie had put in years earlier) and Rex said it did not need to be replaced. Cost of the wire is $2 per foot X 200 ft well. Instead of deducting the $400 for the wire. Joe added it on to the original quote, then deducted it so he could charge get the same amount. WHAT??? When I complained, Joe and Rex parked in my driveway and the phoned me demanding payment (without deducting the wire). I refused. Rex and Joe didn't know it but I alerted the Sheriffs Dept just in case because I became afraid of their strong arm tactics for money. I ended up paying them the original amt less $350.
Here is how they left my house after the pump replacement.
1. Water softener completely plugged - never put on bypass- I had to get call whirlpool and then get a plumber to help me. ($135).
2. No water pressure since softener was plugged and not on bypass.
3. Whole house filter plugged - never put on bypass.
4. Front lawn lawn so totally damaged from huge truck they should never have used. I am just now having to do repairs - need lots of dirt and a landscaper to help.
5. Had to demand a detailed invoice be emailed to me next day with MM of pump and warranty or I would stop payment on check. Madeline says they don't really deal with warranty !!!! What?????
