Greg is terrific! Water was coming through our living room wall from (we guessed) our second floor shower. It was a Saturday and Greg was one of the few plumbers who called back. He explained that 90% of the time leaks like this are from the caulking. He came by on Monday and caulked around the shower handle. Problem solved! He didn't even charge us since he was in the neighborhood. Super nice guy and I will definitely call him for future work. 100% Recommended!

When we moved into our new home a few months ago, we had scheduled with Greg to fix some plumbing issues noted in the home inspection. Of the plumbers we had requested feedback from, Greg was the most responsive, direct and thorough.

When Greg came out to do the work, we had two additional projects that we asked him to tack on to the scope of work and he was so accommodating to work with us. One of the items was adding filtration--Greg helped us navigate the various information we had gathered, offered some recommendations, but left it to us very respectfully to make our own decision.

A week after the work was done, we noticed a leak under our kitchen sink and mistakenly thought that Greg had fixed this item. But I hadn't paid close enough attention to precisely what we had scheduled with Greg and missed this item fro the home inspection. Greg was so friendly and accommodating about it. He didn't make me feel bad about the mix-up, which was totally my error. And he came right out the next day to inspect and fix the problem. I really appreciated this. We keep Greg's information in our file for any of our future plumbing issues or ideas. Thank you Greg!

Our water heater developed a leak and was flooding my garage. A quick call to HWY 9 Plumbing and Greg was on his way to check out the issue. Greg was able to address the leak and later installed a new water heater, which was a life saver with the family SIP and needing hot water, not to mention a dry garage floor!

While cost was a factor, the level of Greg's craftsmanship was off the charts. We were so pleased with HWY 9 Plumbing and will happily recommend them to all of our friends.

I've known Greg for close to 40 years and when the time came for us many years ago to have a complete re-pipe of the whole house, I knew who I'd call first. Greg came out, gave us a confident assessment and estimate, and proceeded to do the job perfectly, with no mess whatsoever left behind. It's now about 15 years later and the job he did has totally stood the test of time.

Today, we had an issue with the washing machine standpipe and a bathroom sink. We ended up needing him to come out to see if we could get it all squared away. Once again, he was quick to return the call, quick to make time in his schedule to come out, efficient and clean on the job, and in the end, everything was back in ship shape. Can't recommend Greg and Hwy. 9 Plumbing enough. He'll always be our first call!
