Great service! Furnace went out and had to do with debris near the inducer motor. Instead of trying to seek us a new inducer cleared the debris and the furnace worked great. He explained that inducer could go out because of age but said it was running good and no need to replace now. Daniel was very friendly and very clean as well. We are very happy we called HVAC Unlimited. Great company!!

We have been using HVAC Unlimited for several years for both our furnace and AC systems, and for plumbing problems. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional, and response time for requests for service is very prompt. Recently the faucet to our 58 year old wash tub began leaking. Technician Jeff came to perform the repair. He assessed the situation. Due to the age of the plumbing, it would be difficult finding replacement parts and additional time added for shipping. He recommended installing a new faucet. He gave us approximate price quotes for replacement and for new. He let us make the decision without putting any pressure on either option. We decided on the new faucet. Jeff ordered the faucet and came back the next day to install it and replace the water hoses from the washing machine to the faucet. Jeff is very experienced and very people oriented. We felt very confident in his skills, and very comfortable with him in our home. We will continue to use HVAC Unlimited, and we highly recommend them!

I called them yesterday because the compressor would not stay on. It would kick in and after a few minutes stop. The appointment window was between 11-2pm and they said the technician, Andre, would call before coming. Shortly after 1pm I received the call and Andre said he would arrive in about 30 minutes, which he did. It took less than 5 minutes for him to diagnose the problem, a plugged drain line. He proceeded to unplug it and ran a test for awhile to make sure the problem was resolved. I'm happy, especially with the heatwave we're having. I had to close all my blinds to minimize the heat coming from the sun.

I asked Andre whether they would have caught this issue during routine maintenance and he said yes because they would have checked it. I had put off getting my HVAC units maintenance-serviced because all the laymen advised me that all you need to do is just replace the air filters, which i do. Now, I won't put that off again. And extra points to Andre for wearing booties once he got into my apartment.

FYI, they do charge a flat rate of $96 to come out for the visit. This excludes any other charges that they may have to perform to your HVAC system.

HVAC Unlimited knows what they are doing and are well priced! As usual, the hottest week of August and my AC dies on me. I had a yearly check three weeks before, so why did it die? Because the company doing the check didn't know what they were doing? That would be my guess. So I decided to try a different company. Dylan came by the next morning and provided me a walk through of my system and my options. Best of all, he was professional, was willing to talk about the products he was offering and explained anything I asked. He sold me just on his approach, but most of all his prices were reasonable. Not only does he perform the estimates, he project manages the team he sent over the following week to do the installation. The unit had to fit into a tight space. He changed the connection to my ductwork so that I could more easily change the filter. He added a return vent so that the cold air in my basement could be captured and pushed to my third floor bedrooms. The new unit is now set 2 degrees warmer because it does a better job. I highly recommend this company. Just call them for an estimate and see what I'm talking about!

On August 11, 2016, one of the hottest days of the summer so far, my A/C stopped working. Unfortunately my wife and I didn't discover this till we got home close to 9 pm. We quickly did the basic checks- see if a fuse was blown- and we didn't have any clue how to fix it. Found HVAC Unlimited searching for HVAC repair 24 hours on Google and called them up. Alexa answered the phone and was very polite and got us rolling quickly. She noted her sympathy for our plight and that made me feel really good. The technician, Lahcen, who called shortly thereafter was at the end of a very long shift. He explained the off hour rates which I appreciated very much- and talked about how to reschedule during the day for less. We told him about our concern for our pets as a motivator for us wanting to get it fixed tonight and he hustled out to our house once he was done with his job at the time. It turned out it was something he could fix with a part from his truck and once he got here it took maybe 15 minutes. Gave good advice for follow up maintenance, and told us how much he cares for keeping pets safe in the heat. Highly recommend this service!

I recently called HVAC Unlimited for the first time and I was pleased with the AC repair service. They were recommended to me by a friend and I found them to be professional & efficient, quickly completing a repair. I called them second, after another company came out but didn't fix the problem. Next time I need AC service I will be calling them back.

Needed work done in the shower, there was no cold water only hot. They arrived earlier than I was expecting, were courteous, fast workers, and it was completed correctly. Definitely recommend them!
